Based on the photo on the website, I purchased a product. The size was not as represented on the website and the quality was poor.
Based on their website's claim that returns were "Easy and Hassle Free" I attempted to retutrn and request a refund.
Their response was slow and only responded after several requests for return instructions.
Their response was to refuse full refund, but only offered a "in-store credit" or 20% cash refund.

Do not order from this site. Returns are a complete hassle. They don't want you to return and will only give you a store credit, but it will not allow for discounts to be applied. SCAM!!

Like others have said this is a total scam. They sent me an item that was not what I had ordered and then engaged in a lengthy, useless, argument about whether it was right or not. In the end they said they had issued a 40% refund. Total lie. I shold have done my homework before ordering from them.

Zero stars. This is a bogus company. Website is slick and looks professional. Stupidly ordered from them. No product for after a month, despite multiple ‘shipping’ notices online. Called and received a garbage sweater that is not the sweater online. Company offered 6% refund as it had to. be shipped back to China! Then 10%. No refund anyway but am currently disputing for full amount and warning others to not buy from Watson and Carter. Scam company.

I wish I had read all the bad reviews before I ordered from Watson and Clark! I ordered 2 turtlenecks of the same size—one was too small and one was too big. I attempted to return the one too small for a full refund from their "money back guarantee". They offered me a 10% refund and no need to return the product. Paying 90% for a wrong product is not a full refund! They said I could return the product to China for $30-50 shipping fee and get my full refund. This is a sham and should be known to any future prospective buyers!

Total scam.Product is nothing like the advertised pictures. total scam. cheap material. way over priced for the product. Their refund policy is also a total scam. Do not buy form this company!!

The only saving grace from dealing with this business is that they responded to my email complaints about their product. Shirts were of low quality and did not resemble the images on their website. Read the fine print about Returns and red flags should go off like alarm bells. The website claims effortless returns but the fine print and explanation found deeper in website says up to $50 per item to return for buyer shipping and potentially long waits and customs fees. After complaining about product, I was offered 20%, 30%, and finally 40% cash back refund to my payment method and keep the product rather initiate a full refund. The company said the vast number of returns are handled this way. Sound like part of their business plan. I have currently initiated a fraud complaint with my credit card company against Watson and Carter. Buyer be aware of this company and potentially terrible experience.

I wish I could give it less than one star they don’t even deserve one. This company is the worst I’ve ever dealt with the merchandise is something you could buy at a thrift store it’s ridiculous that they can scam people like that and try to get away with it I’ve been in touch with my credit card and they’re working on the fraud that they are trying to get away with.

I don't usually write reviews like this, but these people are so outrageous and now I see other people have been swindled by them, that I must say something. My husband always wears a size 13 shoe and I ordered some cute sneakers for him. They are too small. When I contacted them to do a return, they told me I have to spend $50 to ship them back to China, or I can keep them for a 20% discount. I kept going back and forth saying why would we keep shoes that are too small? They're logo is Watson & Carter - New York. And their website and all their emails say "Easy and hassle-free returns". What a lie. I'm fine with paying $9.95 for a return, but not $50 on a pair of $63 shoes. Buyer beware! I wish I had checked out these reviews earlier! Next, I'm doing a dispute on my credit card.

refund and return policy is not good for a refund they will offer you from 10 to 40% only when you insist otherwise they're gonna end up just paying you 10% of refund not good experience not happy with that.

I needed a return. But I could not reach W&C at their website. They suggested using a different browser (?)! I was using the one from which I ordered in the first place.

This store is a complete scam! The website is beautiful and makes you think you are buying quality clothing. What you get is cheap "throw-away" clothes made somewhere in Asia. It arrived all crammed together in a plastic bag in the shape of a basketball. When I opened the bag what I got was cheap clothing that looked NOTHING like what was represented on their website. I spent $700 on the clothes. I immediately contacted the company to return the clothes. They offered me 10% back of my purchase, i.e. $70 and they told me to keep the clothes. I declined and requested the information to return the merchandise. They replied they would give me 20% back $140 and I should keep the clothes. And added that their customers take this option over paying $50 PER ITEM, to ship it back. So apparently, what I really paid for was $650 worth of shipping and $50 for 13 items of clothing. Lesson learned!

Can I give negative stars? This company sells a "leather, sheepskin lined" $600 jacket for $110. I received it and it is a cheap vinyl polyester lined jacket that sells for $29.95 at any number of discount stores. Trying to return it is a joke. They want you to send it BACK to Chyna for ~$50! They offered to refund me 50% and I get to keep the jacket. At $60 the cheap, vinyl was still a ripoff! I ended-up having the credit card company charge it back, which apparently W&C didn't mind. This company is a Chinese company with a USA name. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

The items are totally misrepresented on their website. The quality is subpar and not worth the full price , sale price or even 80% off as advertised. Their refund policy is laughable and almost non existent. I wish I would have researched their site further before purchasing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Cheap cloths and zero customer service for returns. They are selling out of China not NY. The return request was a joke and not acceptable. I would like to warn others not to purchase from this Web-Site. Facebook Market should not allow them to advertise on their web-site.

The quality of the clothes online looks great, but when you receive it, its terrible. Sizes dont make sense either. I wanted to return the items, but instead they gave me a credit for more clothes, which was pointless. I'll probably just donate everything to Goodwill. Don't buy!!!!

This company is a scam. Don’t buy from them. Don’t expect good service or respectful and easy return. Make it simple, don’t buy from them.
