WattCharger recently installed an EV charger at home for us. From start to finish the process was seamless. They kept in contact at every step. One of the most efficient companies I have ever dealt with. I could not recommend them highly enough

Wattcharger team are BRILLIANT. Such breath of fresh air after dealing with vendors that just can’t be bothered to quote or reply to emails. They are super responsive, well priced and get the job done. Jamie was great, answered all my questions and delivered exactly what I asked for. Keith and his lads did an excellent job with the installation. The work and finish of the job was meticulous. Can’t thank them enough!

I can't thank the team at WattCharger enough! I fully recommended them as installers who know what they are doing and can explain the nuances to you. Previously had a Wallbox from another company + Solar PV which was not straightforward to set up in terms of sending excess to the Wallbox. But the team WattCharger were quick enough to recommend Zappi, explain its inbuilt functionality and get installation done within a matter of days. 10/10 and would highly recommend.

The wattcharger team are an excellent company to deal with, I've dealt with Sean and Rowan and from the time I enquired about the zappi homecharger they were so helpful and friendly every step of the way. They sent me all the product information and links to read all about the zappi. The electrical contractor came to my house prior to the installation to talk me through the process and where I would like the zappi placed and after the installation they showed me how to use the zappi and went through all the settings with me. Forms were filled out and in no time at all I received my seai grant. They contacted me days after to make sure I was happy and that the zappi was working away. I use my zappi homecharger approx five hrs a day and have never had an issue. In my opinion zappi is a first class product and would definitely use the company wattcharger if you want a friendly professional service.

Every job that is sent my way is surveyed to a high standard with no detail missed.
Makes it really easy to give accurate quotes without having to to travel to site.
The turnaround for their customers is 2nd to none with some jobs being completed within 2 days from initial contact.
Highly recommend and they are a pleasure to work with.
They make my job 10 times easier compared to some other gigs out there.
I look forward to building a solid relationship with them in the future and completing installs for their customers to a high stand.

Very smooth process from quote to install. Found the Watt Charger team very informative and helpful through the process from quoting to install.

Install on the day was very neat and tidy. Whole process was only a couple of hours. The installers took the time to ensure I understood the system and how to use before they left

I found Rowan in operations very helpful and easy to deal with and he kept me informed along the way where things were.

Ended up going back to them to install my solar panels. Again was very easy to work with them, I had a specific system in mind but when they sat down with me they were able to recommend a different set up that would actually see me save money which was refreshing.

It's so nice to have a free backup assistant with a 3-year warranty.

Jamie solved a problem I’ve had for the last 13 months. I couldn’t use my charger, a Zappi V1. I’d been unable to source a replacement cable. Sean from Myenergi took on my case and put me in touch with Jamie.
Jamie kept me informed every step of the way, letting me know how things were progressing. He organised to have the cable delivered to me and for Alan to come and install. Having waited so long I could hardly believe the speed with which my problem was solved. Everything now working as normal. A job very quickly and professionally executed. Full marks to all involved.

WattCharger contacted me to install an Zappi Charger. The team at Watt charger had surveyed the installation so left it possible to quote over the phone. The Zappi was easy to work with and was a high quality product. Once I summited my Invoice I was paid straight away.

Watt charger contacted me bout fitting a zappi charger for a customer of there's from Dublin with a house in valentia island , Jamie was very helpful and seems to know the ins and outs of chargers very well ,once I quoted him for the job, everything was good to go, charger was delivered and once I finished , invoice was payed promptly, no delays which is a bonce, would definitely recommend working for watt charger and looking forward to doing the next charger for them down in kerry ,thanks guys from mike moran electrical (up the kingdom kerry for sam)

We were looking for a company to install a Zappi as the charger for our EV as we already had solar panels with a MyEnergi diverter called Eddi. Once introduced to Sean, the process of getting SEAI approval and installation was smooth and efficient. The installer did a great job, very clean and neat. Happy to recommend Wattcharger for their service.

I bought my zappi from Jamie in WattCharger. The company have been very supportive and helpful. I had it installed with my solar panels and it is working beautifully. On a good bright day I can get a significant charge to my car on solar only. It’s a smart charger so will pull power from my solar panels initially if available and then the grid as required. A lovely product. Would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone. Thanks WattCharger

After meeting Rowan two and a half years ago, I decided to change to using the Wattcharger and the Zappi as my EV charging partner and Charger of choice.

The guys from Wattcharger are always on the end of the phone if we have a technical issue. Customer service and an incredible customer experience are at the forefront of what they do so incredibly well. This is why we purchase all of our EV chargers from Wattcharger.

I used several other EV chargers before Wattcharger introduced me to the Zappi, and quite frankly they all paled in comparison when it came to product reliability, and accountability when it came to introducing us and walking us through the installation process for the charger, load balancing, harvey, eddie and integrating with existing solar projects.

On a number of occasions, I have needed a charger at short notice and Wattcharger has always come through for me, meaning I could collect and complete an install from them on the same day.

In turn, Wattcharger has included us as a trusted referral partner, passing multiple installs to us on a weekly basis and not looking for any kickback or remuneration in return.
