Like everyone else on this thread ordered from wavecross, they emailed at first re their tracking, but we didnt recieve the advent calendar, now no response! Victim of fraud! How do we report this or make sure it doesnt happen agaain! Ticktok shop or wavecross.com! Never again!

I wish there was a zero star option. Ordered an advent calendar October 20th, still nothing, no response to numerous emails. Total scam, avoid them

J’ai mis 1 étoile parce qu’on ne peut pas mettre 0 étoiles que mérite ce site. Je me rends compte à l’instant, en lisant tous les avis que je suis exactement dans le même cas et que je ne recevrai jamais ma commande.
Heureusement que j’ai réglé aue facture via klarna. Ayant signalé à Klarna, ils ont suspendu le paiement. Je ne sais pas s’ils feront le nécessaire pour obtenir un remboursement pour que je n’ai pas besoin de payer la facture. On verra. Mais c’est lamentable que tiktok ne verifie pas ces sites frauduleux.

Same as other reviews on here, after 4 weeks of waiting, I managed to work out how to email them, and was being told it’s on its way, was given a tracking link that I kept checking, then it finally said delivered, which of course it wasn’t, my doorbell catches anyone approaching my door, then for a few days after I kept emailing and they would reply saying they are waiting for the delivery company to send them proof of delivery, then the emails stopped!…..joke is on them because I paid by credit card and had already done a chargeback before it was “delivered”……. AVOID scammers

DEFINATELY a scam. Ordered 2 Advent calendars off TikTok shop. Fortunately I paid through Klarna and have reported this to them in which they’ve stopped the payment. Such a weird experience but have seen other reviews saying the exact same.
Ordered on the 17/10. 17track was the courier apparently. Weird website, it is showing my order has been delivered but it hasn’t. Emailed once at the beginning of November, got a reply in which they said it’s on its way. Have emailed twice since and haven’t had a reply. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

I purchased a 6 advent calendar and never received my order. They scammed me out of £150. I emailed twice and received no answer. I have requested a refund through the Shop app and have received no refund. SCAM OREDERED 1.11.25 THEN TODAY 18.11.25 WWWSITE BLOCKED AND RESET

I wish i saw these other reviews before using this site. It is 100% a scam, I ordered 2 advent calendars that say they were delivered but were not, no response from the store.

Scam! do not order from this company, over a month of emails back and forth requesting updates and tracking on the item I ordered, the tracking they gave was not working and was saying unrecognised tracking number. kept being told to be patient it’s on its way. Then 34 days later I asked for an update (at which point I knew it as probably a scam and I was never going to get my item) to then be told it had been delivered and signed for at my address. I have a ring door bell at my property and was also in all day on the day they were saying it was delivered and nobody had delivered anything! Asked for proof of delivery or a photo of the apparent signature and a they have stopped replying to my messages. Luckily it was only £22 I spent but still not the point. I have reported them to my bank but unfortunately they will probably scam a lot more people. Avoid!

Scam , DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER

I purchased a plush toy advent calendar and never received my order. They scammed me out of $50. I emailed twice and received no answer. I have requested a refund through the Shop app and have received no refund. I’m pretty sure this company is a scam.

Purchased items on 17th October through what I thought was TikTok store but found out later it was wavecross.store
No items received so chased and was provided tracking from 17track.net found this website totally useless, Google couldn't translate most of the content. Did some research into 17track to find out it is widely used by scammers and most parcels do not make their destination. I'm pretty sure I've been the victim of fraud.
