I’ve experienced severe ear blockage problems over the last 5 years and have to have my ears cleared every 5/6 weeks due to narrowing of my outer ear canals. Donald at WAVES has been the best audiologist I’ve seen in that time. He’s so good I travel from Glasgow to Edinburgh to see him. First class treatment, a fantastic person, trustworthy, easily accessible location, just the best audiologist out there that I know. If you have any ear issues, need any in ear monitoring as a musician, which I am, you HAVE to see Donald.

Brilliant service. Donald came to meet me at reception and fully explained in great detail the tests he was going to perform. Again, in great detail, he explained the results of the test and made recommendations, which included the option of doing nothing and the potential consequences. No hard sell, just a very professional service from a really nice guy.

I had my ear completely blocked and feeling a lot of pain, the doctor was extremely attentive and careful, my experience was great, and now I can hear perfectly and I don't feel anything anymore, I wish you much success!!! thank you very much!!

The problem with my hearing was explained in detail as was the solution. The fitting and settings of my hearing aid was excellent together planing of after care. A superb service.

I had been considering where to go for a hearing check for a while and my decision to choose Waves Hearing was spot on. Donald was very easy to talk to and very professional. He gave me a very thorough examination and talked me through the testing process putting my mind at ease. He has an amazing computer model of the ear and explained exactly what happens to your hearing over time. He knows his stuff and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you Donald.

Stewart was seen by Donald, who was friendly, professional and thorough. We were pleased to learn that Stewart’s hearing was in very good shape but Donald took the time to explain (and show us) the internal workings of the ear.
