I stumbled upon this shop by accident and boy am I glad!

I was not only captivated by the different scents I could see, but also the different options I had for them. Basically I went through the whole list from A-D and got a bunch of stuff that sounded amazing.. and wouldn't you know - everything looks and smells amazing as well!

The waxmelts are made with so much attention to detail by Jen that you can feel it once you open your parcel, every wax has something different visually to it, not to mention of course the smell as well!

The scent is very long lasting, personally I tried it in a meltcup appliance from a well known (expensive and not so good) candle maker - the scents are by leaps and bounds better than the industrially produced ones. The range is amazing, I have found that the description fits to a T as well.

And Jen, the owner of the shop, was so nice and patient with me while trying to help me with my parcel (the post had problems), I am very grateful and so happy with my purchase.

Since I only got from A-D I'm looking forward to the next order from E onwards!

The products arrived really fast and where packaged super professionally. The quality of the wax melts are amazing and give out more scent than all other brands I have tried.
The customer service was also excellent with Jen sending an email to confirm my address before shipping.

The day that I received my order was quite gloomy in a lot of ways and the package really cheered me up a lot. The packaging was lovely, there was a handwritten note and the mystery box really seemed personalized to my preferences. Also there were a bunch of free samples. So far all the scents I've tried have been strongly and amazingly scented, you can easily smell the scents even a day after using them. The waxes also look beautiful and you can really tell that they have been made with a lot of love and effort.
With a few days I've also already gotten some friends hooked on the waxes, so hopefully soon enough I can put in another order!

Wow absolutely blown away with my order. Not only do they smell amazing and so strong, they are are beautifully made too giving some of the best pools I’ve had 😍. I Will definately be ordering again and I Would highly recommend to anyone x

These wax melts are not only true to their scent, smell amazing and last a long time, but they are also non-toxic. They smell so good that our dogs decided they must be perfect for a snack! I called Jenny in a panic and she immediately put my mind at rest. Great customer service and an amazing product made with an excellent knowledge of scents and a good dose of love.

Wax Lustre has quickly become one of my favourite wax vendors. The scents are so long lasting and the pies are so pretty. I get a couple of days out of each melt I use which makes it great value for money. The wax is packaged lovely and is fully trackable. Considering this wax comes from Austria is exceptionally speedy and beats Royal Mail hands down. Jenny is so lovely and keeps in touch regarding dispatch ect. There is also a lovely Facebook page for wax lustre customers.

Fabulous wax melts with a fab scent list that has something to suit everybody! The shapes are so beautiful and you have the choice of choosing a small variety to try before buying larger amount. The scents lasts ages and give such pretty wax pools too! Jenny is so lovely as well and cares about all her customers and her customer service is amazing! Highly recommend xxx
