I have been trying to get a hold of this company for days now. The phone number on their website is invalid, the local number takes me to a voicemail(calls are not returned), and there is no way to talk to someone directly. I have sent more than one email and have yet to get a response from a person explaining what is going on. Due to a technical glitch my payment wasn't processed and therefore I cannot schedule a delivery. Communication does not exist with this company. I just want my personal belongings and this is beginning to feel like a scam.

They were quick and efficient and even waited when I was late meeting up with them which I really appreciated. As well as super friendly employees

Absolutely terrible service. I had a delivery scheduled for 1-2 pm and they never showed up and even worse did not call me nor email me about the whereabouts of my things. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a moving company. I am now going to be sleeping on the floor for the near future until I can get my stuff out from them. If I could have rated them 0 stars I would.

The service was good and fast as usual! Really convenient and helpful! Because of the coronavirus, they can’t get in the building and I have to move my stuff downstairs by myself. But I think this is the right thing to do and it guarantees the safety of both the employee and me.

I'm very happy with this company. The guys who delivered our stuff were very friendly and hard workers. They shifted everything in good condition. Highly recommend their services. Thank you!!!

I thought the service was timely and efficient and i respect that about them. although i wish there were a bit better deals on the pricing

Super convenient and great service. All of their employees have been so wonderful and accommodating. This past delivery was with Mike and Henry: texted me to keep me informed on their ETA and quickly responded to any questions and concerns. The delivery was a very smooth process.

I wasn't sure what to expect... They arrived on time and began labeling and shrink wrapping all furniture. Both Brandon and Mike were very courteous. Brandon who I believe was the lead kept things flowing. I would recommend Livible.com based on my current experience. Hopefully the merger with WayForth does not dilute the business model.

The service is so smooth. Michael and Antonio are very friendly, helpful and professional. They came in and picked up my stuff in 10 minutes which makes my move a lot easier!!

Once again needed to clear out a room for some remodeling. Brandon, Henry and Tony did a fantastic job wrapping everything up. Such a wonderful service!!

Henry and Brandon were the delivery men for me today and they have been here before too. They were extremely helpful and very friendly. They were very careful with my items and they were very polite. Also I have always had excellent service with customer service and all the delivery men I have had have been great! Please give Henry and Brandon 5 star review they both are excellent workers.

Easy to schedule, good communication and overall great experience

As usual, the team showed up when they said they would. All my items where in the same shape as when they took them away (a year ago). Thanks again Mike!

The team that arrived and assisted with our move and storage was nothing but amazing. Jordan, Gage, and Chris were very personable and friendly. They treated our belongings with care and were very careful with moving things out of the house so they would not damage anything. They answered all of our questions and asked us questions if they needed information. They took their time so nothing was missed, an everything was tagged. This team has taken service to another level.
