Despite the polished YouTube videos, the experience has been unprofessional. It seems clients are sized up and then ignored without notice. I note that most of the other reviews on Trustpilot are from reviewers who have only ever done one review. Disappointing.

It was a pleasure working with Rafael and his fantastic team. The service is extremely well organised and from arriving in Dubai to leaving with my residency complete, it only took around 4 hours of actual in-person time with his team and 10 days.
