Well packaged, timely delivery, excellent products that make hair and scalp feel clean without any irritation.

Further to the below I’ve added another star - Centred did eventually make it right, and sent out my products to which I received. They also issued a refund but not had that back yet.

Ordered shampoo and conditioner 2 weeks ago, website states next day delivery or after 2pm orders are the following day....but no despatch email since nor anything delivered. I have emailed twice to ask when they are sending my items, both times no response. Also used the website contact form to ask someone to get in touch with no response.
Centred offer good products but I won't be ordering again as your customer service is non existent and it is so stressful - I ordered in plenty of time for my holiday but it is too late now!
Try other websites that sell this brand if you must order the product!

Terrible. I paid nearly £100 for my hair products during Black Friday sales and the parcel was lost as it was not tracked. I raised a complaint and Sophie from customer care said a replacement will be sent out. It has been 3+ weeks now without any sight of product or notification it has been sent out. Really dissapppinted. E-mails sent has been ignored and there is no other way to contact the company.

Love EVERYTHING about Centred, the staff are friendly and helpful, the service is amazing, oh, and of course, the products are beautiful. Would probably never use anything else on my hair, and the capsules for skin hair and nails are wonderful - and work!!!!

Love this product, for my hair thinning on my crown, this smells lovely & works as it says. Highly recommended

Took advantage of the Pre Sale offer Centred emailed. Ordered 6 months supply of Menopause Formula of Tender, Love and Hair and only received 3 months supply. Quick to take money, 4 days for delivery and then when it arrives it's incomplete. I've emailed several times, filled out the online submission form and even tried to call and no response. Extremely disappointed with the poor customer service and lack of communication. I have been taking these supplements for 9 months and originally ordered from another stockist as Centred were out of stock and received great efficient customer service from them (Ultimate Balayage) but wanted to take advantage of the sale offer since Centred had sent me the marketing email but now regretting it as I've not received the full order hence overpaid and lost money. Extremely frustrated and disappointed.

Great products from this company. My order was delivered very quickly but unfortunately one item was missing. After contacting Centred they dealt with this promptly. I will continue my repeat orders of Daily Calma as it’s such a fantastic product.

I have the Centred vitamins on subscription. The product is excellent, but the subscription service is not.

I have been on the one per day maintenance, but recently noticed more hair was shedding than usual. I decided to go back to two supplements per day and noticed new growth again.

I tried to bring the subscription forward, but this is impossible. I sent an email on the 27th September to Centred requesting the subscription be brought forward asap. I received a response 3 days later asking when I would like to receive the product! I again requested it be sent asap.

I have had no response since and now run out of product. It appears that the product has run out of stock on the website. I have therefore placed an order with Holland and Barrett which is more expensive than the subscription service.

I’m not happy about this. I would expect the subscription service to be more manageable and the response from Centred to be more efficient. I have lost money because of this.

Great quality products and great service. I was kept informed of when payment would be made for my subscription and delivery time. Second month using the supplement and I can already notice the improvement

The best vitamins, I won't go a day without them! I've more energy, more alert, nails are stronger, skin is clearer and brighter, can now see hair regrowth, only been 2 months. No more lazy days, Im sleeping better and wake feeling refreshed ready for the day! Love them!

Very impressed service from Centered, they quickly rectified the problem with the wrong product being delivered. Love the Calma shampoo for my husbands itchy scalp. Excellent !

Excellent products for hair loss. I’ve been using the shampoo and conditioner for 12 months and they are by far the best I’ve tried for thinning hair. Also, a problem I had with delivery was dealt with immediately-full marks!

I have used Centred products for the past 12 months and am very pleased with them. However, my most recent order was missing a bottle of conditioner and a bottle of shampoo and the three emails I have sent to the company have resulted in no response whatsoever.

I have been using Centred for around 4 years. Fantastic. I can’t fault the products or the customer service. A joy to do business with. I wish every online shopping experience was the same
