I ordered a size 6, however recieved a size 16. I believe this could have been a mistake until I had noticed the 16 had a 1 scribbled out meaning only the 6 was visible, I had to look closely and I could just about see the 1 meaning the size was not a 6 but a 16. When I received the package, not only was I upset by the incorrect sizing but I also noticed the package was already open. I am lead to belive I received a used product as there was no tag on the joggers when received. I also ordered a hoodie which seemed to be untouched and the correct size.

The clothes are always beautiful, abs they feel luxurious.
The shipping is also surprisingly quick.

I feel like my experience with next orders was better, but still I can’t give 5 stars cause I did have some struggles with first order. First they forgot to ship my order and they did after a while after I emailed them. It was international order so I got my order after more than a month cause of the delay. Then I had to exchange something. They got my mail but again the exchange took a while but after they finally mailed it they send me a wrong product (that I already had just different size). We had a long email exchange, mostly my reminders, but the girls that emailed with me were super polite. At the end I got the correct product. They told me to keep the wrong size bra they send me as a gift and they told me I can give it to someone, but I’m not gonna lie it wasn’t satisfying for me as a client because the whole exchange was happening from End of January to Mid May so more than three months. I was a bit disappointed and hoped for different outcome as I already had the product that I got for a gift. Still I love their products and I want to support them because I see they made changes when it comes to international orders. In general the clothes are good quality and can’t wait for new sets 🥰

Sizes run a bit smaller than expected so I would buy a size up from what you would go for normally. Returns procedure very disappointing as the customers has to pay for tracked postage back to the warehouse. Form is actually printed and comes with your order, it’s not an online process! You have to hand write reason for return etc and with the money you have to pay for postage you actually loose money.

The quality of the products tho is very good and that of high end brands. Just disappointed with how they handle returns. I love how the products look and feel!

Received the shorts for my 13 year old daughter who is now obsessed with them! Lovely material and fit perfectly. They've overtaken the famous sports branded ones she wears constantly! Fast delivery too. Will definitely be ordering again!

I recognize this is a luxury brand and I was prepared to pay for it. But what's insane is the customs I had to pay? It cost nearly as much as my order! R895?? That's nearly £40 an extra to the £63 I paid for a pair of tights and top - I saved up a lot just to get this set and yes I get it's international shipping but this is genuinely insane. I'm a massive fan of Perrie but I feel like I've been scammed.

I am so happy with my purchase! The quality is amazing, the fabric is thick and moulds to your body perfectly. I have K cup breasts and the jacket actually holds everything in a secure way. It’s my new fave everyday outfit!

Quality of the product is lovely - however, hoodie is missing detail of ‘disora’ clip. Almost feels like it was a starter hoodie

The delivery was really fast but everything else was disappointing. The packaging was not great, the sizes seem to be very small even when using the chart size and the material doesn't feel as comfortable as I expected. I'm pretty disappointed.
