cependant : aucun suivi client, aucun retour de la marque malgré deux mails et un dm instagram, mon numéro de suivi n'a jamais fonctionné et évidemment les frais de port pour la france (14euros si vous payez sur laposte.fr)
je recommande pour la qualité des vêtements de sport (j'ai commandé un legging, une brassière et le gilet) mais absolument pas pour le suivi qui est désastreux

I did order a hoodie and bottoms from the same range and the same colour but they came in a different shades. The making of the hoodie is soooo poor, you can see all the stitching splitting apart and seams not connected in the same line. You think when you pay that kind of money you will receive a high quality garment. What a shame Perrie

From paying €95 for a pair of leggings and a sports bra to then have to pay customs of €25 as I live in the Republic of Ireland is a bit much for just 2 items I’ve ordered a pair of leggings before and I love them and wear them so often but buying the second time round for this price was a bit much I’m a massive fan of perries but the price tag is a bit much
Also the website was glitchy for me
But all in all hope to receive my items soon so I’m hoping for the same quality of fabric and wear for this price tag

I ordered on Black Friday
Update: no stock apparently, my order has been cancelled!!
I ordered on Black Friday, which was the 25th Nov. I then emailed a few weeks later asking where my parcel was to be told there was a stock issue and one of the items I ordered was out of stock. No biggie, it happens. I then had that part of the order refunded and told the remaining order would be dispatched same day which was on the 16th Dec and I’d receive an email, fast forward to today. Still no dispatch email, still no order. I have emailed twice since asking where my order is and received no reply. The level of frustration and disappointment is at an all time high!

Ordered on 30th November and my order still hasn’t been dispatched.. I have contacted customer care a few times, I had a response to my first email on 7th December to say that there was a delay and the order would be fulfilled within a week but still nothing and no replies to my recent messages! I just want to cancel the order at this point, it’s a shame as I’m sure the products are great but 3 weeks with no update is disappointing :(

Order placed on 24th November it’s now over 3 weeks later and still no order. Despite emails, tweets and Instagram messaged I’ve heard nothing. This is a Christmas present so I’m very disappointed. Terrible customer service.

Placed an order on the 29th November, no update received. Despite several attempts to contact and ask for an update. Last week I got an update that there was a delay whit my other. I would get an update this week. But i haven’t hear anything this week. I mailed again yesterday they didn’t respond yet.
