Énormément de faux profils destinés à arnaquer avec la crypto ou via whatsapp.
Beaucoup de profils d’hommes cis ou encore de profil sans photo du visage.
Les vérifications sont inexistantes sur l’appli j’ai passé autant de temps à signaler des profils qu’à parler avec des « femmes » (je pense que j’ai parlé qu’avec 2 vraies femmes sur le lots)
Les likes sont montrés au compte goutte et les tarifs sont justes dingues
C’est vraiment à éviter
Je me souviens de Gayvox (oui ça ne me rajeunit pas) qui était vraiment fonctionnel et gratuit

This is an app/website fully run by AI. My account got frozen for no reason in 2 days without matching to anyone.
I have tried more than 12 times to reach out to them, but every time I get an automated AI response, and they refuse to close/delete my account.
If needed, I have proof of every single email/support ticket I have opened.

I can't download the HER application it says it's not available in my country

The last two persons I connected with on the app both turned out to be scammers .Will give it another go if I van get in my account, when I log in I get someone's account not mine.

Hi i had a very bad experience in her app there most of scammers use fake profiles and crypto currency. they use mostly Asian singapore and Bangkok girls. if you asking where are you from all girls have a same pattern and same reply im from singapore and coming short course for germany or Italy. don’t trust the HER app its west of the money and subscription. im many times complain in her app but nothing any reply for fake profiles and scammers.

So awful, app is glitchy, you have limited swipes (not my fault no one so far has tickled my fancy) and you have to wait another day to begin swiping again. Constant adds. Tells you who has liked you but you have to pay to even have a look 🤣 so pointless, just use hinge!! This app is terrible

Locked out of account and emailed customer service 11 times over two weeks and not one response. Cancelled my membership.

IT'S ALL A SCAM! Don't waste your time or Money! FAKE "AI" Profiles; Many of the PROFILES are Transgender Men, pretending to be LESBIANS & trying to SCAM you! Many of the PROFILES pretend to be "well-off" Women Business Owners, who ALL do the same EXACT Business, & then they try to Find out your FINANCIALS, so they can SCAM you! Many will say they are "Widowed" or just Lost BOTH Parents to make you feel sorry for them; It's ALL a SCAM! Then, there's a Bunch of FAKE Sugar Mamma Scammers too! The Scammers will always try to take you off the App to Chat Elsewhere so they can't get caught. ALSO, some of the Scammers will say they're in the Military & just LOST Both Parents**PAY ATTENTION; They never want to TALK on the phone? What are they HIDING?

Absolutely terrible app that just rips you off. I'm very new to dating apps and thought that paying the £11.99 a month meant you actiually get to see who 'likes' you, but as soon as you click to see you find you have to spend another £15.99 A WEEK(!!!) just to see them. Total scam. I cancelled my subscription straight away.

They Freeze Accounts, Steal Your Passport, Then Ban You!

Total scam! They froze my account, demanded my passport and a date photo, then stole my info and banned me. No explanation, no recourse. Don’t trust them—they need to be investigated. Thiefs

"I’m officially giving up on this app. It has become a playground for scammers and fake profiles. Compared to a few years ago, the quality has hit rock bottom. You spend more time filtering out bots and 'too good to be true' profiles than actually talking to real people. It’s an invasion of fake accounts and a complete waste of money.
I know I’m not the only one feeling this way; there is a massive wave of people leaving these apps behind. We are tired of the 'delulu' culture and the endless filters. I’m done with this digital nonsense. It’s time to go back to real-life dating where you can actually see a person’s real face and feel their true energy. Save your money and stay away.

Abzocke! Der Beitrag wurde bezahlt, aber nach nur drei Tagen kein Zugriff mehr auf die App. Der Kundenservice ist nicht erreichbar, auf E-Mails wird überhaupt nicht reagiert. Keine Transparenz, keine Hilfe, kein funktionierender Support. Sehr enttäuschend und absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Made an account which was straight away flagged for security, upon which the "team" said I could have my account unfrozen if I sent them a picture of myself with my government issued ID.
NO I am not sending you a photo of myself, and a photo of my id, for a shitey dating app. Horrendous app

I should have did a little bit more research before I signed up to these scammers!!! Within 24 hrs after signing up, I was permanently banned without any explanation right after I upgraded my account!!! No explanation what so ever! I contacted support twice about the issue and nothing! As I told them in the email, i am having them reported for fraud! There is no judge that will not consider this fraud! This is very unprofessional!!! I did absolutely nothing wrong!!!This is how they get you to sign up for the paid subscription, and then take your money and run while they make up some lame excuse for why you were banned which there isn't any!!! This is against the law! I am going to be reporting this as fraud!!! Starting with the BBB, and The Consumer Affairs who investigates Fraud!!! Do not sign up, you will regret it! Don't take my word for it either, look at all the other reviews first!!!! It speaks for themselves!!! Honestly, they deserve 0 stars!!!

Unable to review friends request, keep getting notifications that someone has requested to add me, but within the app the option to view and any on my friends, has completely vanished.
I emailed HER support, to ask what’s going on. Their reply to me was purely that my profile had been reported for not having a photo clearly showing my face.

The irony here is that my profile is verified. Which means I absolutely do have my face clearly there.

So now I’ve just deleted my account and app and will never return.

No loss there as the app was pretty useless anyways.

Used to be able to add friends, send messages, communicate. Now they want $30+ a month to do anything at all. Complete waste of time and sooo many straight couples looking for a unicorn, tons of straight males making profiles now it's worthless. Be better to pay for a more well known app. Doesn't seem to be anyone checking for cis males or straight profiles.

Can I give 0 stars? Honestly the worst dating app out there. I have had 3 accounts with them, and all 3 have been closed by them. Of course I, the holder of the account and the person paying them for premium subscriptions, am not entitled to any form of detailed explanation as to why my accounts were deleted, only that I broke a community guideline and this was unacceptable. I spent 2 hours sifting through their Community Guidelines and Terms Of Service with a fine tooth comb, and low and behold I discovered I had broke nothing.

Obviously there is no investigation into complaints as with other apps, that are miles ahead, like Tinder, Plenty of Fish, Boo, Bumble, Hily, Happn, and even Tagged.

The customer support is dreadful, feels like you're talking to a bot, the Terms of Service read as though they were written by somebody who was cross-eyed and dyslexic, and the over layout of the app is tedious. Also, you can really tell how popular it is given that at least once a month you get a free week of premium because nobody is buying it.

Honestly, avoid at all costs, it's not worth the waste of your time, effort, or patience.

It's very badly designed and has a terrible user interface. It's way to clunky and doesn't really work as it should. I cancelled my subscription.

Got permanently banned in less than 24 hours without talking to anyone or matching with anyone. Extremely transphobic. The women on there are weird and sex pests the amount of unsolicited sex chats I got on previous profiles when I was lesbian is unreal. Don't use this app! Don't pay for it either. I had crazy lesbian women constantly stalk my profiles on there like everyday. Yet I get banned for being my authentic self
