Unfortunately I have to amend my previous 5 star review due to absolutely shocking postage and customer service.

The nappies themselves are great, and we had signed up for a subscription a year ago for our little one. The problem with this is the frequency of how often they send the boxes, and how bad the communication has been by them. Earlier this month I had asked for them to postpone the next box until the 1st of May, as we had too many nappies - we had an unopened box already, and in our small flat the boxes take up a lot of space.

This was confirmed as being rescheduled for May by them. However, the next day, ANOTHER huge box arrived. Frustrated, I got in contact asking them to cancel my subscription. They then offered to collect the box the following week. During this time, the customer service agent said they would not be able to collect the box as it hadn't been delivered yet. Perturbed by this, I asked for confirmation that they wouldn't be sending YET ANOTHER BOX because I already had three boxes. They confirmed this wouldn't be the case.

However, today ANOTHER BOX ARRIVED and we are in this nightmare situation of having five boxes of nappies in a tiny flat - some we have been charged for, and are waiting on a refund, but what is incredibly frustrating is the fact that the delivery service and customer service are so disjointed, it feels all very chaotic and we can barely get the pram into the child's bedroom because we are literally drowning in these boxes of nappies. Ridiculous.

I discovered Peachies when I had my third child, that was almost 2 years ago and I'm still an avid fan and user of Peachies for my son. Yes, the claims are true; reduced leakage, the nappies are super-soft and thin, and having a subscription service makes things a lot simpler and easier, but for me the biggest plus with Peachies is the minimal design. I loathe nappies with brightly coloured and garish graphics that show through white vests and just look tacky. Peachies offers a nappy that is just plain and white making it the most discreet option.

It is almost everything the brand claims for, ultra absorbent, very comfortable, stays bone dry after multiple rounds of pee or small amount of poo in it. It is almost worth the money if you get 4 hours sleep sometimes. But like everyone, it is the blow out you gotta watch for.

After using sample pack, I ordered a full subscription. However, decided to cancel after the first blow out. I followed the size guide thoroughly but everytime my son had a blowout, it leaked despite the fit looked exactly like the fit of any other diapaer. For a cheaper brand, this could still get a pass but for a premium price this is unacceptable, the cheapest brand in the market handle blow out better than this.

At my wits end with waking up to my 18mo soaking through his other brand nappies, and ordered a trial pack of Peachies. Great nights one and two but night three he soaked through again. I contacted Peachies for help and had the loveliest exchange with Ivyn who sent out a pack of their nappy pants for us to try, based on the information I gave him about our son and his sleeping routine - and bingo! Such a fan of these pants but also the customer service was so great. Would 10/10 recommend.

I've been using Peachies since my daughter's birth a year ago and have been very happy with the experience. It is very gentle to her skin and we have only had a couple nappy rashes along the way. Nappies are super soft and absorb very well. I can't quite agree with the statement that there will be no blow-outs however. Until my daughter turned six months we had several blow-outs a day, but to be fair to Peachies, it was the same with any other eco brand we tried (hence four stars). Since my daughter's been on solid food, things changed to the better and Peachies have dealt with all the mess perfectly.
I understand people saying Peachies are expensive, but I think they're worth it if you want to reduce chemicals in your home.
Customer service has been absolutely amazing. Deliveries turn up on time and it's great that you're sent a free pack to try out the next size.
I really hope potty training will go well and we won't have to use nappies for too long, but until then I am super happy to continue with Peachies!

Having used Pampers with my first child, we initially used them this time round. But after a bout of nappy rash and trying a number of different brands, we decided to switch to Peachies and it cleared up within a couple of days.

Super soft, super absorbent and super sustainable. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Couldn't recommend Peachies more. My daughter is 16 months now and have been using them since she was newborn. I took a chance after researching on the internet and thinking Peachies seemed the best of the ethical nappy brands. I did try some others but they were nowhere near as good.
They are super soft and never leak - not had to change nappies in the night with them. I now use the pull ups and they are excellent as well.
As well as the quality the company is genuinely great, the customer service is superb and feels personal, had replies immediately to questions and lots of offers and thankyous for being with them. As a single mum who doesn't drive I appreciate the deliveries and subscription so I don't have to worry about running out.
When I am forced to use Pampers or they use them at nursery they just seem so shoddy and chemically. Really impressed, happy baby, happy Mama, worth every penny.

My son has been using Peachies since he was a baby and we love it! He’s always had sensitive skin since he was a baby and so glad we found a diaper brand that’s soft and comfortable for our son!

Fantastic nappies. Our son has a sensitive butt, and they are the only nappies we found that don't bring him out in a rash. They are great quality, hold so much water and I can highly recommend. We've used them throughout.

I’ve been using Peaches nappies and now their pull-ups for my son, and honestly I’ve only got positive things to say. He hasn’t experienced any nappy rash at all, and he’s been sleeping right through the night (8–8!) without any leaks. Plus, their customer service is absolutely second to none. Couldn’t recommend them more!

We’ve used Peachies for most of the last year and are very happy with them. They don’t leak and never leave our baby with nappy rash. The best nappies we’ve used by far on any of our kids.

Amazing, high quality nappies. Super absorbent and soft. And the customer service is probably the best that I came across. They were really helpful and accommodating, for the second time now.

Without doubt one of my most recommended baby products. Fantastic product that helped my little one sleep through the night and great customer service everytime I’ve needed it.

Best nappies we have ever used. We have consistently used Peachies since our son was a newborn and they are the best! Keep him comfortable with no leaks and we very rarely get any nappy rash.

Poo rides up back and down legs. Same issue does not occur with pampers. Just doesn’t fit our baby well. Have checked fit as per the peachies guidelines. Sent message to alert peachies and no reply yet. Awaiting their response.

Although a far more premium price, these are pretty much the only nappies that don't cause our little one rashes. Super soft!

Peachies nappies are in a class of their own.
The quality is great. They are so soft and comfortable. The fact that they are higher at the back helps to prevent leakage from those poonami moments.
I would definitely recommend giving them a go for your baby

A high quality nappy that has significantly reduced nappy rash episodes compared to other brands. Additionally the subscribe option has proven reliable with resupplies always arriving on time.
My only criticism would be the price, as it is an awful lot of money, especially compared to other brands.
That said, it works and has worked for as long as we’ve been getting Peachies.
Ultimately depends on what’s more important to you; quality or cost.

We’ve had Peachies from birth and love that they’re minimal in design and without chemicals. Of course we’ve still had the occasional leaks and poonamis but having tried most other brands, these happen regardless - especially if you don’t change nappies in the night and during those liquid milk poos in the early weeks. Now that our baby is a year old, we’ve moved on to the Peachies pull-ups and are yet again really happy with them. They’re reliable and we’ve never had nappy rash!

Best nappies. I tried a few brands but these come up tops. No leaks, and the material is soft and kind to the skin. No nasties. The customer services is great too. And ability to swap sizes if you need is super easy too. Great company, highly recommend x
