Love the forever bottles, the different pastel colours make it easy to see which is for what job around the house. Scents are lovely and so far I’ve found the cleaning power effective. Really love the reduction in packaging and waste I’ve been able to make using these products.

These products work, smell nice and come in the post. Top marks!
Only caveat is that the spray heads stop working, generally about halfway through the second refills. Company kindly sends replacements, but it is still more plastic going to landfill.

Easy website to use and order from,had a slight hiccup in my order,but sorted as soon as spruce were informed of it,so good customer service to boot,great products too,recommended A+

Poor quality at premium prices! What a disappointment!
I bought laundry sheets which do not dissolve, leaving clothes stained (some I fear permanently) and far from properly washed.
I really do not recommend this product.
AS UPDATE:
I received not a very pleasant communication from Spruce. somehow it made me feel how i should feel guilty about having bad experience with their product. they could not even be asked lto spell my name right. really not great.

In response:
Range of fabrics and laundry cycles. Whites has become dulled and looking unwashed almost immediately. Sheets do not dissolve well and leave stains that are incredibly hard to remove.
I am still trying to get my clothes back on track after the experience.

Great sprayers & sublime cleaning products. Yes I used the word 'sublime'- fresh scents, powerful cleaning & easily recognisable when a cleaning emergency happens & I'm groping inside the dark recesses of the cupboard under kitchen sink.
I've used all the sprays happily for the last year or so & just started using the sponge & all is good.

I bought this product as an environmentally friendly option. Seems to do the job although it’s quite expensive for what you get. Was disappointed that the fragrance did not last long as the other reviews seemed to suggest. As soon as I cleaned with the product, the fragrance disappeared almost instantly.

The products work well and have a pleasant, not over powering scent .

I love my spruce products, they smell amazing and the bottles are beautiful, and they work perfectly. would 100% recommend!

A fault developed with my spray bottle nozzle, however I contacted Spruce to let them know and the customer service I received was outstanding, a new nozzle was delivered to me in a few days time. Great cleaning products, I will continue buying!

Received my package which I needed urgently within timescale. Good communication and lovely smelling cleaning items!

Like other reviewers, I have tried to raise a concern about my order, which was placed over a week ago. I have not yet received an email to notify me of dispatch and there has been no sign of any delivery. Likewise, there have been no replies to my email and texts. Very poor communication and no indication of dispatch and delivery times/waits.

The products are environmentally friendly and works. They smell good and the containers save on single use plastic. I like the sponges that are included in the kit I purchased as well. Will try the other products when I need them.

Speedy delivery but have only used the multipurpose cleaner so far - using in the kitchen it does what it’s meant to do, and smells pleasant. Hope the glass and bathroom sprays are as effective.
