My team loved it! It was the perfect virtual offering for our Christmas party.

Special shout out to Trent and Rachel for being awesome hosts ;)

From booking to looking for clues this was as easy as 1,2,3. As the organizer, I had everything that I needed to share with my attendees. Rob was a wonderful host. He guided us through our Artic Adventure and made it so easy for us to play. Having a host was absolutely key here. Well orchestrated and my team had a wonderful time! 10/10 recommend.

Our team had a great time Doing the Arctic Escape challenge. We did struggle a bit with getting started - the first activity. Luckily, Jo helped us out and as we got going, things got a bit easier. The audio portion was a bit tricky to handle with all of us being remote and having to mute, but we worked it out. Appreciate the host's enthusiasm.

Great team Christmas event! We did the Festive Edition breakout room. Our host Melissa was full of energy and festive spirit which she passed on to everyone.

Very reasonable pricing! And we were also able to book with very short notice (less than 1 business day) with slots available throughout the 24h which came in handy for our remote team.
Were very quick to respond over email for my queries.

Team loved the escape room too so overall extremely happy with the experience end to end.

Was a fun experience for most in the group! We did the santa's list escape room. I think some of our small group didn't enjoy because of all the math involved, which is not everyone's strong suit. Perhaps the description could include more info about the types of questions/problems that will have to be solved to be successful. Will definitely do again either way, just will ask more questions ahead of time to ensure a fully inclusive experience.

Game: Arctic Survival

We decided on a self-hosted virtual event for 11 participants. The setup instructions were clear and given well ahead of time and no one had issues joining the game from the mobile app.

Props to the wildgoose team for creating such an immersive experience. The puzzles were diverse and interesting to solve and teamwork was key to escaping within the event time!

Our team really enjoyed the virtual jury service event hosted by Roger. The event was very reasonably priced compared to other options we considered. Everything from the booking process to changing the number of attendees to joining the event was extremely seamless. We sent the company information along to our events team to use for future bookings. Highly recommended!

We had great fun with the Trivia Challenge - Festive Edition. Rachel and John took us through the game and instructions were fine. However, some of our participations should have had more help, as they clicked into the wrong breakout rooms, and those teams couldn't get started at the same time as the full teams, so of course they didn't win. I suggest wildgoose make sure to help all teams get started at the same time - and that all participants are in the right rooms. Other than that it was great fun - even if some of the questions were very British. On all 1st, 2nd and 3rd teams our English colleagues were represented. But I liked the fact that we could have our own questions randomly among the other questions. I had prepared 8 questions related to our company.

We ran an event for 100. Dave was a funny and skilled host and the support team was also on point, the technologies worked just fine. I thought the game itself was a bit confusing to get though and the instructions not always clear, with some references definitely not winter games related. Had a customer service/billing inquiry and request that were NOT handled to my satisfaction. This product need to be better!

Adam was an excellent host! We scheduled the heist virtual escape room as an end of year celebration at work. He walked the team through the instructions and the experience. Everyone had a great time!

Our team thoroughly enjoyed the Jury activity and a special mention to our host Roger who was absolutely brilliant and accommodating even when we ran into a few technical difficulties with the breakout rooms.

Melissa was also great at explaining how it all works and ensuring smooth access to our MS teams link!

Roger suggested the Winter Games and Around the World games as our next activities, so we shall plan in the New Year!

Very easy to organise all the people that I dealt with were accommodating and efficient.
Leon on the day was great and the team really enjoyed the experience. Will definitely use again.

This event was fun and challenging and allowed our team to really work collaboratively to complete the task. In addition to being great fun and a great team builder it was accessible and reasonably priced.

I've attended two virtual wild goose events, an escape room and a Christmas quiz. Both were very fun and work great as a way for remote teams to socialise.

We ran the event for a group of around 15 people connected remotely and all with different backgrounds. This is nicely organised from a logistic point of view and the presenter was great but the questions were definitely too UK-centric and not as 'funky' as I would expect for an online Christmas party.

A disappointing remote experience. We played the arctic survival escape room.

* It relied on general knowledge from outside of the game, with no expectations set as to whether you were allowed or expected to look up information outside the game.

* The app was very painful to use, and it was really hard to know whether everyone was looking at the same thing on their screens or if some people had accidentally gotten ahead or behind. Players got stuck looking at the wrong thing and it was difficult understanding what they were seeing and getting them unstuck. This is _despite_ the fact that large parts of the game are one-way. It feels like the app was designed for a very different style of game than it's actually being used with.

* Pieces of critical information would not be shown again, so unlike a real-world escape room you _have_ to write everything down, which is a pain in the neck when the only shared space you have is the Zoom chat. I'd recommend figuring out some kind of shared space beforehand where you can easily swap and arrange notes. If you are still getting used to things early on and struggling to coordinate everyone on the app, it's easy to miss one of the numbers you need and have no access to the clues you used to work it out again.

* Parts felt very gimmicky. I did not enjoy listening to long audio recordings on the app because it was difficult to do so on a Zoom call while still coordinating with team-mates. The augmented reality elements were visually impressive but just added more things to go wrong and were not what I was looking for in an escape room.

We had 20 players in four teams with a single host, but it might be a better experience if you had a different ratio.

We had great fun travelling around the world with a fantastic host who got us all motivated, on track etc. Really enjoyable.

Why not 5 stars? The chat room was due to be left open for half and hour after the event but that didn't happen. Also, the team captains do need to be a little tech minded. It's all pretty intuitive but that element could have been made clearer.

Seamless transaction, well managed, good value, great host etc. Always felt like we were in safe hands. Look forward to working with Wildgoose in the future.

I was a little bit sceptical at the cost - however, since Wildgoose were the only provider I found that had a product specifically for hybrid events (rather than everyone dialling-in separately) we decided to go with the Christmas Social option for our hybrid Christmas party.

The experience really did exceed expectations - both remote colleagues and those who were in-person were fully engaged in the experience. Our facilitator, Dave, did a great job keeping things moving and ensuring everyone was part of the fun.

Making an event accessible both for those at home and those in the office is not easy - we are super grateful for Wildgoose for making it a success!
