I just wanted to express our gratitude to Lauren for a FANTASTIC event on Thursday last week in Brighton – Lauren was absolutely amazing and had the whole group in the palm of her hands when she was presenting. The treasure hunt went down a treat and the feedback from staff was just brilliant!! I wanted to pass that on so that Lauren got the recognition she deserves. She was on time, laid back and in control and soo soo funny when presenting even the boring health and safety bits, we can’t thank her enough.

I’ll be recommending you guys to everyone I know for their corporate events.

We had an amazing time doing the Ultimate Challenage! The organisation was top-notch from start to finish, and everything ran so smoothly. The app was easy to navigate, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

A special shoutout to our virtual host, Dave, he was engaging, fun, and kept the energy up the whole time with his funny messages on the app. The entire team loved it and agreed it was the best team build we've done.

We would definitely use Wildgoose events again, especially if we're hosting something in another city. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

I recently celebrated my 50th birthday in Nice, France, and was looking for a relaxed afternoon activity that would bring everyone together for some gentle fun.

The Wildgoose Urban Explorer was the perfect solution. It gave us the chance to explore the city, enjoy some lighthearted team competition, and most importantly, connect with one another. The pace was just right — not too hectic in the heat — and we could go at our own rhythm. It was all about having fun together.

The Wildgoose team were fantastic from start to finish. Booking was simple, and they made it easy to tailor the experience to suit our group. Our remote host, David, was excellent — he kept us on track and delivered a great debrief and results reveal at the end. I’d definitely recommend opting for the hosted version — it made everything run so smoothly.

Wildgoose recently delivered a bespoke event tailored to support our selection process for Project Management apprentice candidates. The goal was to observe how participants performed in a carefully designed team challenge. The event exceeded our expectations—seamlessly organized, engaging, and highly effective. Thanks to Wildgoose’s expertise, we successfully identified and selected the right candidates for our program.

We used Wildgoose Events for our company social - using an onsite host. They did an incredible job. The activity was fun, well organised and just the right level of competitive. All teams really valued the activity and enjoyed the many tasks to do (we did the Ultimate).
Having access to the photos and videos have allowed us to look back at the fun and enjoy some of the moments again and again! Will 100% use again.

ART HEIST: The Virtual Mayhem We Didn't Know We Needed

Imagine this: a team of ambitious, slightly confused, caffeine-powered detectives trying to stop a high-stakes art heist... from their living rooms. What could possibly go wrong? Well, aside from a small time zone hiccup on our end that had people joining late—but not to worry! Our amazing host Vanessa handled it like a pro. She welcomed everyone in, got them up to speed, and made us feel like we were part of an actual museum-level mission.

From the get-go, the company was top-tier. We had planning meetings where every single question (and some we didn’t know we had) were answered. They made sure we were ready and set us up for success—or at least for highly entertaining chaos.

Now, the app. Yes, there’s a mobile app involved. Cue dramatic music. For some of our folks, this was almost a deal-breaker. But here’s the trick: only one person needs to install it and act as the “Captain.” Everyone else can sit back, observe, and shout ideas like, “Check the vase!” or “No, the other left!”

We made it work by sharing screens and using the Zoom whiteboard feature, which turned out to be a game-changer. It felt like a cross between a digital detective agency and a group therapy session for overthinkers.

Did we win? Not even close.
Did we have an absolute blast? 100%.
Did we immediately start planning our next attempt at digital greatness? Of course we did.

Highly recommend this experience to any team looking for fun, laughter, and the opportunity to yell at their coworkers in a totally acceptable, puzzle-solving kind of way.

We loved using Wild Goose for our first remote company event! They were so supportive and helpful in guiding us through the booking process, as well as assisting our staff during our virtual escape room. The whole set-up is so easy and simple and really gets people working together and having fun! We played 'Spy Training' remotely last week as part of a team building event during our kick off sales conference. The team at Wildgoose worked really closely with us throughout the build up to make sure it was well organised, plus set up a test event to make sure we were all good to go. The team is very professional but keeps the tone very much in good humour.

We had a trivia night for our company over the holidays and it was a lot of fun. I would say it was great, except my team came in a solid 5th, out of 8 teams, and that just feels wrong. :) But seriously, the host was great and did a good job getting us into the game and announcing the winners afterwards and we all got to work with people on the team that we may not have known that well, which was great for team building. We only did 45 minutes and I thought that was going to be long enough, but we could have gone longer, as we didn't get through all the questions in the game before it was time to score.

Lots of fun and a great virtual event with a host available throughout. Great to all get together for the results at the end too and see what everyone had been up to on our Festive Scavenger Hunt.

Super well organised and professional event! We arranged, amended, amended again and had the event within 7 days. So easy to book, easy to amend, and their support team were great.
The event itself (A festive escape room for 90 minutes) was great fun for both in-person and remote employees, and easy/difficult enough that we had a range of results which made it competitive but fun!
Our host was amazing too, super engaging and helped with the flow for sure - will definitely use Wildgoose again!

I was tasked with sorting out a festive social for our internationally based team. After a lot of Googling I chose the Festive Escape Room. All of the information received prior to the event was user-friendly, and on the day everything ran smoothly. Our host was absolutely fantastic. We all had a great time, myself especially being on the winning team (I didn't bribe the host)! Would definitely use again and recommend. Excellent value for money and there were a lot of laughs!

I am a college educator and teach an introductory health care course. For a learning module, I used Wildgoose to facilitate teambuilding, and I can confidently say that my students enjoyed participating in the virtual escape room. I would highly recommend Wildgoose for your team!
