I placed my order on June 3,2025 and I still have not received it as of Sept. 10, 2025. I have contacted customer support by e-mail 3 times and have not gotten any response. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Minus 1 star actually. Ordered months ago. Apparently lost in delivery. Said they would send out a replacement. Still nothing. Should have looked at reviews. Asked for a refund. YES total scammers DO NOT buy!!!!

I placed an order on the 11th July 25 still have not received. I have sent emails and get the same message that the order was lost and they are resending with a small gift. I thought that this was a legit website but I was fooled. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I am now out of pocket $84.00

To be honest l give them ZERO STARS! Every ladies review of this SCAM COMPANY is exactly why l am here I'm on a disability pension but l placed and paid for my order back on the 14th MAY 2025 a Bundle of 5 $123 for myself as my birthday was coming up in July. It's now the 8th August and nothing no parcel from them at all l have sent numerous emails requesting a Full Refund same excuse everytime ignoring my requests for a Full Refund as l never received anything after they received my money they are truly common thieves (SCAMMERS) DO NOT BUY from this Company you will regret it SCAM SCAM SCAM!

This company must be a scam..... I order underwear on June2, 2025.....now it is August 4, 2025 and I have still not recieved the package.. I am never given a tracking #, a confirmation #, or an exact reason why my order is delayed.... I am always given a vague reason of shipping, lost in transit, etc. I have asked for a refund but they never address that... I finally went to my bank and disputed the charge on my card ( which by the way was charged immediately). Hopefully I will get a full refund......Do not do business with this company, By the way I thought I was ordering from another company but somehow through my internet searching got to wearladydry by mistake and ended up ordering from them. They must know all the tricks of the trade.

Ordered through PayPal fortunately.
Total rubbish. I placed two orders on May 27th - all I got was a confirmation, subsequently I enquired where my order was, several times, each time receiving the same reply they would check with despatch.
Two months later I told PayPal I had not received the products I ordered. I have now received my money back.

DO NOT buy from thus company, I ordered 2 months ago and like many other have not received my order, I have emailed company numerous times and all I receive back is bullshit emails saying g it's couriers or dispatch fault, the same bullshit emails everyone else is receiving, scam scam scam

I have still not been told they were sent - and I have now asked for a full refund, totalling nearly £80 and I am furious as I can order from other sellers in the UK for less and receive them almost immediately.
Customer service at this company is RUBBISH
I have issued a dispute at my bank today. As never receive satisfactory answer from the company.

I placed an order on June 6th, it is now July 1st. According to their email tracking it is still waiting for carrier pick-up since June 17th. I have contacted them many times with receiving nothing but excuses. I will not waste my time asking for a refund. I am contacting my back for dispute of non delivery.

Too bad I can’t give zero stars. Ordered my underwear at the beginning of June. Mid June and no shipping confirmation email. I reached out - they said my order was “lost in transit” and they’d check with their dispatch team. Two emails later they were still “checking” with their dispatch team. It’s now the end of June. No way they shipped my order. I asked for a refund. Hope I actually get it.

Ordered my product on 4/5/25. It’s now 28/6/25 and I still don’t have it. Have made contact via support email twice now where they just saying sorry we have no product it maybe another 15 days. Thinking it may be all a scam. I ask for refund and they say I can choose between a 10% refund or just wait??????? Ahh nope definitely a scam.

I am still awaiting delivery after nearly 3 months of waiting. When/if my order arrives I will review the product then but so far I am not impressed!

I received the medium. They were too small so I e-mailed them so I could exchange or get a refund. They said don’t worry we will send you size large. 2 months later I haven’t received anything or my refund. They suck!!!!!! I am retired and maybe they think $31.00 isn’t a lot. For someone like me it is a lot. I thought i could safe money by buying this but instead it was a waste of money. They suck!!!!!! Poor customer service!!!!!!

Wear Lady Dry advertised on their UK website as Lady Dry. When it comes to their emails, they use Wear Lady Dry instead of the original name, as advertised. I had an unpleasant experience with them right from the start till the end. As soon as my full payment was made online, there was no acknowledgement or confirmation on the details of my order and even without any order number. All I received was an email, informing me that there would be a “slight delay” (which actually took almost 2 months for their poor quality goods to arrive, and six pieces are of the wrong size!). I was being ignored completely when I asked for a full refund while waiting indefinitely. It was only when I told them that I would seek legal help that they started to inform me that the goods had just been despatched! They gave me a tracking link which didn’t work for weeks, although the link was from China. So this is a rogue trader who does not fulfil customers’ orders ( not only me but many UK customers - please refer to UK’s reviews) in appropriate time frames and yet went scot-free! I advise all potential customers (and remind myself too) to check all online retailers’ registered companies’ addresses, telephone numbers, Companies Registration Numbers, etc so as to verify whether they are bona-fide retailers. As for their quality of goods or customer services, you can ditch them if you are not satisfied with them. I have done a full review (which differs from this one, with full details of our email exchange dates between Lady Dry and me) at Trust Pilot UK website. To repeat, Wear Lady Dry (mentioned in their emails) and Lady Dry (advertised on their UK website) are the same retailer! I have had many bad experiences with online retailers from Mainland China ( whether individual sellers or from EBay and Amazon market places), with poor quality of goods, wrongly sized clothing and accessories, poor customer services, etc. So, perhaps with their well-known unreliable business culture, Lady Dry is trying to present themselves as a bona-fide British company trading in the UK!

Delivery is a total joke and items totally useless

I was skeptical, especially when it took almost a month for the underwear to arrive. They are comfortable and thin, and look like they would not work at all; but they perform perfectly. No moisture escapes them, outer clothing stays dry.

They have not delivered my order after 3 weeks. Contacting them only gets a bot reply. There is no phone number. I'm suspicious of websites with no contact number.

They are dishonest and do NOT send a replacement if size is wrong. In spite of their contractual obligations where they say they’ll send correct size, now they’re trying to say they’re out of stock and will refund 40%. I would not have bought without size guarantee. Do NOT let them tell you you need to pay for return. It says they’ll send correct size and you do not need to return.
Avoid this company!

Finally product arrived February 1st, 2025. Don't expect product to come quickly or that customer support will do anything. Pictures show product stretches, NOT TRUE, a M will fit a very skinny person or Teenager ( I wear a size 7 in slacks, and these did not fit, no stretch) probably should have ordered an L. Save your money, to many disappointments.

I am a school bus driver, and on hot days, my clothes get so wet from sweat I can wring the sweat out. On those days, I usually go through a pair of cotton undies and develop yeast infections sometimes. With LadyDry, I don’t feel wet and I don’t go through more than one pair a day.
