Super quality of the benarasi material I bought and the service was great.

I ordered a saree and it was posted in a plain box. The box was not labelled. Saree doesnt have a tag with the company name. There is no indication anywhere to see the saree was from weaverstory. I bought this for a gift and I cannot use this for gifting. I am very disappointed and it was merely a waste of money to buy this product.

The sarees , suits , fabrics etc from the Weavers Story are exquisitely n carefully crafted, from rich embroidery to elegant designs and a perfect stitch. Every item reflects quality and true craftsmanship. The farbrics feel luxurious n each n every piece looks stunning and graceful.
They also have a beautifully curated variety of weaves, fabrics, crafts.

Product quality no doubt it is good quality but two quick feedback on service and timeline. I never had any issue with most of my past orders but recent few orders I found there is no service level what it use to be ,there is lack of professionalism and no one care how much time has lapsed

Scam! Scam!

It took forever for them to ship the items, in spite of a sizeable advance payment made in full. And the worst part was them not following shipping instructions which led to 30% customs duty. Never again.

Their team have really nice people, full of patience and very well mannered they don't loose it no matter what. Suits I ordered are really very pretty especially their dupattas. Colors, the work everything regarding clothes is very beautiful.One should give it a try. Thank you team Weaverstory.

Very nicel and authentic and original fabric

They guided me patiently in giving accurate measurements, and the fit turned out absolutely perfect.

The quality and the variety of sarees and material that Weavers Story has is absolutely amazing. The intricate workmanship and the art is absolutely fantastic and it is amazing that the prices are very reasonable, you are not going to burn a hole in your pocket.
The customer service is beyond expectations, during my latest visit we met Pooja, a very courteous and sweet natured very professional lady, she helped us to buy 2 suits 2 dupatts 1 saree, since we arrived in the store a little bit before closing time she kept the store open for us she said we can take our time and not to worry about closing times. I got a blouse stitched and it was amazing how she took detailed measurements she also called the tailor to make sure we can get our clothes before we leave for London. She was so polite and unassuming, it was
like a breath of fresh air. She knew everything about each and every product.I congratulate you for hiring and training such amazing staff, Pooja is an asset to your organisation as she shows what Indian service is like.
