I purchased AirDroid premium so I could control my iPhone device from my computer. It didn't work and I decided I just want a refund, so I sent them a ticket and waited. All they responded to me was "make sure to reset bluetooth and try again!" I even looked on my account again and it said I no longer have premium. DO NOT purchase from AirDroid, they scam you and their support is so awful. They don't even try to help at one slightest and avoid the conversation about refunds.

This software will not let you unsubscribe and will continue to charge you. When you get to unsubscribe it will say it is error. Do not install.

It served me well until Microsoft Phone. After that ethics went out of the window for this software.

You can download this software and pay yearly using your phone but to unsubscribe you need to buy a PC/Laptop to unsubscribe or cancel yearly billing.

I used it for downloading from my Mac to an Android phone. Basically audiobook folders, nothing too heavy. Started out ok, watched a few videos and got a days premium access to allow downloading of folders rather than individual files. Unfortunately after a few downloads it hung, and then wiped my phones SD card which I then had to rebuild from scratch. Not impressed, and cannot recommend.

Had AirDroid Personal (free version) on my phone and desktop for all of five minutes before deleting/uninstalling. The problem? Free version says it limits the size of transferred files to 30Mb. Totally useless, and $30 a year to do -- only slightly more conveniently -- what I can do for free using, for example, Google drive as an intermediary, is robbery. Don't bother to say you HAVE a free version if you're going to basically hamstring it.

Did not work at all - made it seem like all one needed was a PC and this software on said PC to remotely control android phone. In reality, one needs to install this software on their android phone before using it on your PC...if i had the phone to install the software, i wouldn't need the software. Stick to Google's "find my device" as it is infinitely superior to this cyber trash.
Could not be uninstalled with uninstaller.
Required special software and restarting PC several times to remove. vaporware. potentially dangerous spam.

The app itself is sub-par. Functionality is outdated. Outside of that, customer service is horrendous. But most importantly they force you to sign up for the subscription but do not allow you to cancel. I have been billed once again for an app that I do not use. I had to contact my credit card to block them.

Airdroid is best i never have used the pay version though. but Airdroid lets you remote acess your phone via computer, in case of any theft. And also lets you do file transfer and phone tracking. Best app never had a problem with airdroid free version

so far so good, this app helps me to transfer my files from IOS to Androids

It looked good from the onset, But Caveat Emptor. Difficult to load and not what you expect.

There is no way to delete messages/texts or calls. The inbox fills quickly becoming unusable quickly.

The FAQ/Help site is not at all helpful.

They do respond to questions quickly, but have a quirky sense of business.

They DO NOT refund after 7 days - don't bother even trying.

Terrible experience. I was having difficulty getting the program to load. I reached out to the online chat and received a reply that they were backed up & they would be with me asap. Well, asap was 3 days... when I mentioned that to the person that finally did contact me his reply was "they'll try and do better on their next national holiday". Not exactly the support needed when need the service for a business that runs 365 days a year.

I downloaded, and tried to get it set up. After a few hours of on and off trying, and a couple days of getting nowhere, it's time to give up on this complicated non-intuitive installation.

I was amazed to see such poor reviews for this app!
I recently went over to an Imac as fed up with MS Windows and updates and WIN7 going obsolete. I'm not an Apple lover anyway and much prefer my Android phones, as I have the freedom to mount as another drive. (Not on I Mac). Getting my head round the IMac was hard enough, but after about 6 months, I am liking it a lot BUT the relationship between an android phone and an IMac is strained to say the least. There is no air drop comms. unless you use I phone with the Mac, so I went Bluetooth between the devices. Though it did the job the transfer speed allowed you to make a cuppa before the photo arrived on the Mac, so I installed Air Droid on the Mac and phone and Oh hooo! an image jumps straight over to the Mac and you can just drag it onto the desktop, like, in 2 secs! Fantastic. Don't download the update after youv'e installed. I did and it turned to a shower of mearde. I had to re install and ignore the update. All for free. Brilliant. Don't loose heart people.

I purchased this app, with year premium subscription. True for 2 hrs to get it to work... finally gave up, uninstalled, and contacted then for refund. They just keep stalling asking questions I've already answered! Bad customer service! I will never purchase anything from them again. Caveat emptor!!!!

The write up looked so good, I signed up for the paid premium version.
After 9 days of mucking around with settings, frustration, and contact to customer support, I decided it was too complicated after they asked if I had finished the non root setup. I asked for a refund for my 12 month subscription and was told I was 2 days too late - only refund up to 7 days.
Wasn't the customer service I was expecting.

If you want a reliable app that works on Samsung S10, do not purchase this product. Constantly disconnecting, having to refresh the screen, taking forever to update contacts, messages, etc. I put up with the issues, as I needed a desktop/mobile phone interface. As this product is still very much in beta and updates were coming thick and fast, I expected that the myriad bugs would be resolved. After 3 months, I'd had enough and asked for a refund. The pussies at AirDroid a moaning that 3 months is a long time and refusing to refund me. The reason I waited 3 months for the piece of crap to work as advertised is written above. I know some who think it's great and others just like my experience. My advise is roll the dice if you like, but work out in the first couple of days whether it's worth the money, then get a refund before the 7 days. These muppets should be shut down.

It messes up file structure. Creates folders multiple times. Loses files when moved. Stay away from this applications.

If you opt for the "One Month" payment option, they might charge you a full year in Paypal. A little concerning at the paypal checkout you do not see the amount about to be charged, which makes their transaction slip through easier. There is also no transparency on the currency unit being charged, which meant I was not being charged local dollars as I had expected. Collectively this leaves for negative customer experience. I have to give the administrator a heads up however, for at least rectifying the problem within an hour of my initial email to lodge my grievance. Admittedly the product is quite good but at the end of the day as a software or app developer wouldn't it be better to focus on customer satisfaction?

Not sure how or why I got into their membership system, but they were unresponsive to cancellation and I had to go file a complaint through my credit card. I know I installed the app for a trial but certainly did not sign up for anything... :-(
