I had some issues on my website in transferring it to the new dashboard of Z.Com. At first, I was escalating these issues to a Support Agent, however, the instructions that the agent is giving is unclear and some of the questions are unanswered. Leading for issues being unsolved by almost 2-3 days.
But I have connected to a new support agent and she helped me solved my issues in just a couple of minutes. Very responsive, her details about the issue are complete and clear. Discussing also what should I do next. Very well done for this agent! Huge thanks to Veronica for helping us solved all of our issues. I'm giving Z.Com 5 stars because of her efforts!
Most of the support team is very helpful. I just hope all of them will be just like the support agents that help solved all of my issues. Or even if they cannot solve it right away, can give out clear instructions and details.

z.com domain purchase torture
I saw domcomp.com while searching for a z.com domain company. I meant to give it a chance. The first domain purchase price is due to the campaign. but I bought two domains, we paid with 3d security verification on my card. mastercard using my own personal card. However, the account purchase gave a fraud warning and the domains were canceled automatically. I wrote to the support team. After 24 hours, send me your ID, I have forwarded it. It's been 2 days. they barely verified the account. But the problem was not over, I asked if I would have to buy again, and it was said that if your ip address or card changes, yes, it will give a fake warning again. I don't understand, I use virtual cards and banks change their virtual card numbers every few months. IP addresses are not fixed anyway, a new IP is given every time the connection is cut. I have worked abroad with cloudflare.com, godaddy.com, purkbun.com and I have never had such a problem in any company. He said that you can buy a z.com domain, but domain hosting cannot be worked with a company that I need to verify account for every purchase. I canceled my purchases and bought my domains from cloudflare.com. It's not worth the torture for a $3 one-time discount. In addition, the panels and infrastructures are very mediocre, there are whmcs panels. it's cheap but problematic and I definitely wouldn't recommend it. I hope they read this and fix their problems.

They are such an amazing company for hosting and domain things. but wanted to give them 4.9 stars but there is no option like that I want to keep 0.1 stars just because they have no one to talk to on weekends. Otherwise, they are the best even company I met.

I bought domain name at Z.com and kept getting fraud reports while I submitted all the supporting documents.
When I try to submit a support ticket 3-4 days were still not supported. Then my ticket was closed and no reply from Z.com. (A very lousy service)

Zann was very helpful. She made sure she got my concerns loud and clear so she can make the best possible solution, and I appreciate it a lot. I was kinda frustrated when I initiated the chat but felt relaxed when I chat with her. She made the extra mile informing me of some stuff concerning my concern. What I like most is she took the responsibility for my request and will be happy to wait for an email notification from them after the completion of my request. Got an error message which asked me to contact them, it's about the registrant email address that is no longer working, and the platform does not allow me to do it. And I was lucky to get hold of Zann. Thanks a lot, Zann! You have treated my issue so well and what a job professionally done!
