I had my first website designed by Webahead, and then a big refresh which took a long time to get completed, generally it works well but there has been a lot of debugging to deal with. Mike has been easy to talk to and keep appraised of issues, and often getting them sorted quickly.

Stacey Cockburn is a very efficient and friendly support. As a novice myself, she really made my experience easy. I felt heard and supported throughout the whole process. All of my creative ideas were honoured and if they could not be she would support me with alternative ideas, links until we reached a solution that I was happy with. She responded to all of my many requests and emails very efficiently - thank you 😊

Creating a logo for my new business was becoming a right faff on for me however once my Katie Price handed my ideas off to Craig he was pretty rapid in returning three logo concepts all very good. Although not my original idea these logos did contain the elements i required. One logo in particular stood out massively for me and only needed tweaking twice. I am absolutely over the moon with my new logo so much so i can't stop admiring it on my phone. I am so glad he never used my original idea. Graig has done a grand job and has provided me with a fresh, vibrant and exciting logo which adorn my vehicle uniforms and merchandise. Well done Craig outstanding work

During the journey of course there have been issues but Linzi McCready has been there for us at every step and we now have two fantastic websites. This is my second 1 star review as they asked me to take my first down after calling me and offering a "free upgrade".
Always asking for more money, not delivering what they agreed and just felt like a massive scam.
i paid more to "keep my domain". As soon as i stopped using them my website domain has gone so this was a complete lie to take more money from me.
When i started with this company i was told ill get a monthly update. in a whole year i got 3 phone calls, one asking for more money, another asking me to take down the first review and a 3rd to renew for another year.
I feel like ive just flushed nearly 2K down the drain.
