Great delivery and installation experience
We ordered an integrated Bosch dishwasher after our old one died, and I stumbled across Webbs when searching online after checking the usual national big name suppliers. The communication around the order was great, particularly in providing clarity around delivery times
I found the price to be competitive, especially when adding in the option of having the delivery team install, which proved to be the right decision as the location of the fittings behind my kitchen cupboard meant I would definitely have struggled doing this myself.
The two lads who delivered and fitted were polite, took great care to protect my property from any damage, and paid attention to detail, checking with me before proceeding, and making sure that they were happy with everything being in working order before they departed.
The personal level of service was excellent, something I find can often be missing with the larger name companies, and I would definitely recommend Webbs to anyone else looking to buy new appliances

Excellent customer service when things went wrong
I ordered a fridge freezer, which it turned out had been discontinued. This would have been a very different review if the situation hadn't been dealt with so well by Mark. Firstly the contact to let me know was fast, professional and friendly. I was given options, including a potential replacement with a more expensive fridge freezer at the original price. I had my heart set on the one I'd ordered, so he immediately sorted out getting the money back to me. Although they couldn't help this time, their excellent customer service means that they will be my first stop next time I need a household appliance.

Cooker order
Ordered a cooker from them,when they received my order it turned out that there would be a delay by hotpoint of between 10 to 28 days, I couldn't wait that long as my old one was broken, Mark was so helpful, he looked through to see which ones he could get to me the quickest,the delivery people were brilliant keeping me updated on when being delivered, I would highly recommend this company

Freestanding freezer
We were searching for a new freestanding freezer and found a great one on Webbs Electrical. I really appreciated the communication with this company. They were very easy to get hold of and returned calls/emails quickly. The product was delivered within a day or so and they took our needs into account regarding what was convenient for us.
