They said they will refund me but that never did . They blocked me instead
THEY ARE THIEF AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY DO NOT REFUND THEIR CUSTOMERS! THEY ARE a LYING ORGANIZATION! ALL THE LIKES ARE FROM THEIR TEAMS.I dealt with them for the creations of a store . I wanted a TikTok shop at first . Than I added a Shopify store . Which isn’t finish yet! Because of my country a TikTok shop isn’t possible . At first I asked to be refunded in full for both stores . And we had an agreement that I will be refunded for TikTok shop only . That was 2 weeks ago . Than for a full weeks I ask the have an email proving that the request for my refund was processed! last Thursday they said I will received a mail .. it Tuesday’s night and the mail

He thanks me for my patience and offered me to have another store instead with ten sales .. he mentioned that wil not get his promotion now if he refund me . We will have is promotion only in 6 months so he wanted me to refuse the refund . meanwhile the refunds was supposed to be already requested ! Wednesday march 4th . Never received the mail that was supposed to be sent on February 9 and I never received the refund either ! So I’m making a complaint to USA fraud department!
