The Web Designer staff were very prompt to help and change anything I didn't want in the website. They talked to me over the phone or video sessions in person. I never talked to a robot. In the process of designing my website they responded to me pretty much anytime. Sometimes even over the weekends and holidays. They also offered me several ideas of layout and designs, and changed it until I was satisfied.

I was impressed with the professional manner in which they negotiated the business contract to our satisfaction. Well done! Throughout the website design and building process, they guided us through the various stages of design, modification, testing, and implementation, bit never making a move without our consent. The basic model provided us, for our specific business type, made it very easy to modify, add, or delete at our discretion, which was extremely helpful. We were told everything we needed to know to get our website up and running, as we were novices in our business field and to web design and building. Greatly appreciated was Webdesignharbour's staff's knowledge and professionalism throughout the whole process. After going up and running, they showed us how to edit and make changes as our business evolves and expands. Great job overall by the WDH staff. We will certainly recommend them.

The Oregon and SW Washington African Community development center since its inception has benefited in web design, idea sharing, and constant communication to support the needs of organizations in information sharing. The web design harbour has done a fantastic job agreed on from the start and still providing us with technical support. We are allowed to give five star because that is the option presented for us otherwise would have given them ten stars!

this agency has given me 7 months of emotional pain and business losses. it started when I found them on by Google search and foolishly trusted them for a $999 "deal" that was supposed to expire next day [mind you, this deal is still active on their website after 7 months]. at the moment, im out $5000+ due to their extremely illegal upselling tricks and techniqus . since im not tech savvy myself, i asked them upfront if there are any other financial i need to pay during the process - and they were confident that i would need nothing else.. days later i started getting calls from guy named jason/james. first it ws aggressive attempts of cross sells like.. 'oh you should get your business incorporated through us so the state dosnt penalize you' . . and then one day i searched a domain address myself matching my business name bc they said i need a domain.. guess what two days later the same guys called me to offer the same domain at 20x price through some 'elite name' site and it was booked on the site i checked previously!! my webmaster friend told me both web harbour and elite names share the same ip address so i strongly feel this company operates this bogus 'Elite name' page and books domain names matching their customers business name only to fleece them later.! and then they wanted me to buy webpage content, blogs, hosting, branding bundls and on and on until i finall threatened to call my bank and took away my incomplete site. guys with names jacob and alan showed me reviews on this page to sign me up but last time i checked, they hjad two 1 star reviews which are no longer there so i guess they remove bad reviews and write fake 5 star reviews to themselves. I've reported them to FTC for fraudulent conduct

Highlight of my experience with Web Design Harbour was customer service provided by Jason Parker. He is a great listener, quick to respond to my requests, and very patient!
The company was masterful in turning my vision into reality. They also have a very qualified web design team for animated explanatory videos.

I spoke with josh and I have nothing but good things to say about the service he went above and beyond to meet my requirements! Highly recommend!
