Excellent service, great support team, ease of use and documentation :)

Awesome and cheap VPS servers, I’d suggest for the new users that would like to host game servers, getting atleast a EPYC processor with 2 cores.
I did run into an unexpected issue where my account was temporarily disabled due to a false flag (possibly because I named a file flood.js). However, the support team was fantastic—they resolved it and reactivated my account within 12 hours. Great service overall!

I'm their client ~3-4 months and the experience is great. I spent a lot time skimming through negative reviews to understand what will I have to deal with in the worst scenario and didn't find anything outstandingly bad so I chose them.

I wish all the best to Webdock, great service! Totally recommend.

es increíble!! soy nuevo en todo este tema de los servidores. Contrate el servicio, pero realmente no sabia por donde empezar me sentía el mas imbécil. Solo por agotar instancias entre en contacto con el soporte via Chat. O sorpresa!!! me ayudaron en todo, en el paso a paso, hasta lograr el objetivo de instalar un aplicativo en el servidor, fueron pacientes y casi que me enseñaron. De verdad estoy muy agradecido con el soporte recibido. Es justo y merecido decir que el soporte me lo brindo el Agente JOSE. Gracias Jose. WEBDOCK cumple con todo. Bueno, Bonito y Barato. Very solid server host. Just need some extra offerings like VLAN, Custom OS, and terraform/ansible support.

Some tech supports are fast, but Webdock was blazing fast. I needed help with my VPS and they solved it within a couple minutes.

No matter in product quality or service attitude is impeccable, I will support you for a long time!

Staff are friendly and so helpful much better than my previous hosts and the cost of this service is budget friendly and with great performance!

I moved to Webdock from DigitalOcean and accidentally bought wrong VPS with discount, support team migrated for a few hours all my data to a correct one and even again applied discount, moreover they refunded the extra amount back to my account. What a good service, isn't it?

Webdock always does their best to solve any problems i might encounter, and do it with such ease that they have permanently raised the bar for what I hope and expect when i seek help from any customer service. I didn't find how to remove public_keys on my VPS. Asked and support deliver the answer!

Faced an IP accessibility issue. Support quickly offered an IP change, provided a new one, and everything worked. Thanks for the professional assistance!
