Really great service, someone is always at the end of the web chat function to answer any queries. The management side of the site is very simple and I can edit my website easily. Love the breakdown of visits to our site as well. Would definitely recommend.

The staff I have spoken to and emailed with are not only friendly and easy to get on with but they are professional too. We received the first draft of the logo but ended up with the designer having to do a second draft based on further ideas we sent. The fact that there was no fuss, no questions, just old fashioned curtesy and going what we needed. Not only that, making a great job of it too. Thank you Dale.

These guys have designed the websites for a couple of our businesses and I've always been delighted with the results.

A point on that actually, the second website they did for me - the first draft really wasn't in line with what I had in mind and so I discussed this with Webfactory who rather than amend a bit here and there, started from scratch and wrote another brand new website with approx 50 pages (and in a short space of time) that we are delighted with included one or two bespoke widgets that were very reasonably priced - thanks to the team, particularly Steve, in all you have done for us!

I’m not a “techie” and needed help designing a logo and a website. All correspondence was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Caitlin, Dale, Bee and Steve all helped me design a fab logo and website and answers all my queries no matter how many times I asked the same question! The process was very instinctive and easy to follow and the college control you have over your website once it’s designed is easy to manage.

Our third experience with Webfactory and once again they’ve exceeded our expectations. All of the team are so helpful and knowledgeable, and our web designer Rhed was brilliant.
Can’t recommend them highly enough.
