I'm a little bit confused.. it showed that there will be a one time free guide on digital art workshop with a tutor named Derek at 11am today with 20 hours countdown at the time, and I thought it would show 6 hours remaining at 5am now, but it still shows 20 hours and 20 minutes, starting at 5pm..
im so confused
is it a scam? but it only asks your name and email. I don't get why they do this.
Let me wait for 5pm then we'll see where it's heading..
EDIT: OH Nevermind about what I just said lol
I realized that the time left was real - I just didn't close the countdown browser on phone after I checked the time - when I refreshed the page, it showed the right time and I took the workshop.

I did not renew my subscription to WJ…
I did not renew my subscription to WJ because of email failures during my webinar campaign. The email server at WJ was unreliable and did not deliver reminders to people who had signed up to attend. Aside from that, I found the WJ interface to be confusing and not user friendly.

Not always easy to use. People don’t like that they can’t easily get their video on for interaction. Registration can be challenging for some if they don’t go back, making it harder for me too.

Deplorable practice and culture
It is unfortunate that once I paid for the year and later realized that I would never be able to understand how I would make good use of it, this company denied a reimbursement.
It is so easy for admin to verify that I am not using Everwebinar at all. Why not reimbursing me at least a portion of it? Deplorable practice and culture.

Ron Douglas was atrocious. He gives surface level information which lacks relevant data. Ron Douglas often boasts that he's been in the online data industry for two decades. However, his presentation is similar to a novice and a sub par comedian.

Extremely laggy. Chat not responsive and takes about 30 seconds or more before I can read what audience is asking. Totally unacceptable.
Will not renew cos it totally killed my presentation.

The platform lacks some feature.
1- The ability to send more than one SMS reminders.
2- SMS marketing being a great asset to increase the show up rate, the inability to send multiple SMS reminders on webinar is a killer.

A great functional service and mostly easy to navigate and set up.
My gripe is that the emails we can send from the platform do not arrive well formatted - & I cannot see how to change that. Even their own email to me asking for this feedback was poorly positioned on the page!
