Overall very good, the odd glitch does occur and generally the customer service is good as well. I don't like the new AI customer service. But generally I would recommend them to a colleague.

Webinterpret do take the hassle away
Webinterpret do take the hassle and admin out of running multiple eBay stores, automatically creating new listings on the various international stores when I add my new UK listings and translating my English language listing descriptions to Italian, French etc.
Their costs for this service can be covered by simply applying a % uplift to product pricing. My only criticism is that changes made to (for example) shipping prices on my UK parent listings don't seem to propagate out to all the Webinterpret listings and I have had to ask their Customer Services to roll out the updates and sync listings. A button to do this on my Webinterpret dashboard would be very helpful.
