Ordered 3 items, only 2 arrived. Emailed but no reply. Filled in online form, no reply. Called them and spoke to someone who literally could not have cared less. Told item has been discontinued. Hmm would be good to tell me that?! Has said I'll be refunded within 2 days. Given these other reviews I won't hold my breath, but luckily bought with my AMEX so will raise a dispute if I need to.

Having ordered a graphite spyhole seal @ £1:47, thesis was expressed as a total price for payment until I authorised it then they added the carriage of £6:07….
Within 3 minutes I emailed them a cancellation of this order which was never acknowledged. So emailed a ‘model’ letter requesting my money back still no response. Rang and a man calling himself Atoad said I would have my money in 3 days and guess what no money. It had become a principle so as I paid by VISA I was able to claim it from them but it didn’t hit them with their dubious practices.
Don’t TOUCH THIS COMPANY, as of writing they are not registered with Companies House.

Ordered a lock that was listed on their website, paid my money, but it would seem that they never bothered to send it out. I tried emailing them, but no reply.

From the reviews here, it would seem that they are scammers, who most likely don't even hold stock and have little or no intention of supplying products that people order.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY..!

Ordered an item, didn't receive any confirmation of order, luckily I screen shotted the order details. A week later phoned to ask after order and was told it would be with me any day now. 2 weeks later (it was over xmas) phoned and was told they were out of stock so I cancelled but haven't had my refund yet. Will probably go through my bank to get refund as company are incompetent!!!

Order sent out late and incomplete. Impossible to deal with them over the phone, unless selecting sales option as customer support non existent.
Resoulution still missing three of the ordered items. Gave up in the end and had to raise a credit card dispute.
Stay away from this business pay a little extra elsewhere and get what you paid for.
The only reason I gave one star is thats the lowest it will go, would be zero if allowed.

Complete waste of time ordering anything from this company. There was no communication once the order was made and the order never arrived. They are virtually impossible to contact. Fortunately I paid through PayPal and was refunded quickly by PayPal once I explained the situation. Definitely one to avoid.

**DO NOT USE COMPANY EVER! Customer service & after sales non existent. Ordered some door handles, dimensions were incorrectly advertised. Tried to return. Never replied to my calls or emails. In the end having to list on EBay. Genuinely worst buying experience I’ve had for years!

Do not use this company. They do not respond to emails or calls and don't refund your money. They sent me 2 items - one that I'd ordered, but another that was the incorrect item - they sent me a different door handle to what I'd ordered. I contacted them and got a response, but they have since refused to respond once I said I wanted a refund for an incorrect item. I then followed their returns policy and sent the handle back. This was at my cost, but I was expecting a refund as it was their mistake. Dispite having Royal Mail evidence of delivery and returned the item, I have not had a refund. They are not returning emails or answering calls. They have stole my money!

Terrible. Ordered some parts, a couple came the rest did not. Tried to call several times, just rings out unless you call Sales who then put you through to the same number and again it rings out. Finally managed to get through last week and explained the problem. I was assured a new order would be sent immediately..... tumble weed - no order, no contact. Now contacting Barclaycard to dispute the payment.

Placed an order over a month ago and still haven't received.

Called up beforehand to check item was in stock and the adviser said it was.

No response to emails asking for an update.

No response to email. I sent several.Phone call not actioned as promised. I paid for an item I have not received.I received an item I cancelled. If you have any alternative. I suggest you think about using it.

Placed order 7 days ago, received no communication since placing order. Contacted via telephone to be advised experiencing issues with delivery partner however assured would be despatched same day with 24 hrs delivery promised. Still no items received awaiting response to email...Disappointing

After sales support is non existent, despite emails, phone messages left and promises to call back I am still waiting after a week. I don’t think this company cares about its customers at all. I will not use again and given the range of alternative places to do business with I don’t think you should choose this one.

I bought two handles totalling over £100 from this company - not only did they arrive in damp, mould smelling boxes, they had scratches all over them, have a section missing from the handle, are not straight and also the measurements are nowhere near what was cited [almost 10cm shorter!]

I contacted the company on the day i received the items detailing the issues and providing pictures. I have not received a response despite emailing 3 different addresses, calling them on the number on their website [which you cannot get through on via any of the options] and also on facebook messenger. Absolutely disgusting and I will be taking this further.

Had a order from them that didn't satisfy my needs.returned the order and tried to place a new one with specific order which they never did not help me with it whatsoever and also they didn't refund my money from first order.If I see the manager I will give him a slab in the face.They don't deserve even 1 star,jokers

Ordered 2 drawer handles & they only sent 1. Ive tried contacting them by phone & various email addresses, & no response. The email addresses come back as not existing & no response thru their contact page. The telephone number has various options, all of which end with the mailbox is full & hangs up. Fortunately paid by Amex & theyve refunded the purchase.
