Shocking, finasteride arrived inside packaging that was mangled with outline of the finasteride visible in the blister pack as if something had placed a lot of continuous pressure to create the impression on the foil. This pressure could have damaged the pills despite the woman i spoke too saying it is impossible, she cannot say that with certainty. It's not right I am just expected to be ok with my brand new medicine being mishandled in such a way that it could damage the medicine potentially even if the medicine is not completely crushed the integrity of the structure may be compromised by the pressure and that's what she wasn't getting on the phone. Also some of the capsules in the foil pack had been pressed in from behind, package may have been crushed at some point who knows whether in transit or beforehand. The pharmacist claimed it was dpd's fault and that they are not liable to replace it for me. I am absolutely in a state of anxiety over this, dpd is meant to be a premium service they only offer it free because they hike up the price of the actual medicine. It is disgusting what they are doing and how they treat their customers.
I paid 25 pound for 15 pound medicine to be delivered by a premium service only for it to arrive with the packaging visibly damaged and evidence of mishandling.
Thanks for nothing terrible customer service policy. They need to be accountable if the packaging is mishandled, the lady I spoke too cannot say with 100% certainty that the medicine wasn't damaged no one really knows, pressure has certainly be applied. Even if the medicine inside is not crushed, it is not right that I have to just be ok with the fact that significant pressure must have been applied to the foil pack with the medicine inside. The pressure could have damaged the tablets inside for all this woman knows. The condition of the packaage is not acceptable considering these are meant to brand new and fresh medicine. I don't doubt for a second they were shipped in this condition due to the poor quality standard webmed has. This wouldn't fly in other countries where their is a higher degree of quality expectation. If other customers think this is ok I don't know what to say.
I completely disagree with the woman I tried pressing in the blister pack and it didn't leave such a lasting impression, a perfect circle on the blister pack. She said it's the silhouette of the medicine underneath, that would mean A LOT of pressure must of been applied to the medicine because I was not able to leave such an impression on the foil pack by just pressing it myself (like she said is possible). It's totally unacceptable. Do not order if you expect to get medicine in good condition packaging and all.

I moved to WebMed from MedExpress because MedExpress was SO awful - rude, slow, inefficient etc. I cannot praise the wonderful ladies at WebMed enough. So helpful, so kind, nothing is too much trouble and you feel like you really matter to them AND super, super fast delivery. THIS IS HOW TO RUN A WEB BUSINESS CUSTOMER SERVICES DEPT
