SCAM! STAY AWAY FROM THIS TOOL! FALSE ADVERTISING!
Webtastic.ai (AKA Meetcara.ai) is an undercooked POS masquerading as a top-level AI sales tool.
Although I initially planned to trial it out for a month (there is no free tier), within 2 weeks I could already see that I had thrown £120 away with zero hope for a return on the investment.
To start off, this tool generates very basic personalised emails (think a simple ChatGPT prompt), and does not offer any follow-up emails (much like its competitors Apollo and the rest).
It is incredibly buggy; literally every day I was raising issues with their customer team (read: Founder) who was asking me to submit these as "product feedback" in their feedback tool - which was also not working properly.
Customer service was extremely unhelpful, user experience very poor - and to top it all off the system was unbelievably slow!
I did not gain any value from using this tool, and their promise of sending 75 emails per day is a lie; it's been over 2 weeks and my dashboard says 100+ emails have been sent out! False advertising!
I should've never left Apollo, which is actually cheaper than this POS! Stay away from this tool at all costs - I don't believe for one second that any of the companies they advertise as customers are really using it.
