We had a 2005 Camry to sell so made an appointment with Kyle at the Columbia MD office. Kyle was great. He was very friendly, thorough and professional. We negotiated a price and was on our way with check in hand. The whole process took a little over an hour. I would definitely use them again.

Process foe selling the car was simple, straightforward. The car evaluation was detailed and thorough. Hector (Branch Manager) was polite, professional, and great to work with.

I had to change my appointment date a few times but the staff at WBAC were very accommodating. The overall process was super easy and Kyle was amazing. Very fair and very quick. I was trying to sell my vehicle with over 300,000 miles on it and got tired of the tire kickers so I went to webuyanycar.com and was pleased with the appraisal. Michael, the mobile appraiser came to my house and checked the vehicle all over and made me an offer. Originally it wasn’t quite enough for me to say sold. When I told him what I needed he worked it out and cut me a check right then and there. He is very pleasant yet professional.

I am not happy with the hidden cost of the documentation fee. I was told they will buy my car for $6800.00, but when the paperwork came it was $7099.00 and there is a $ 349.00 is deducted for the documentation fee, I wish they explain that first. Other than that the whole process is great and the Branch manager Kyle Bensen did a great job.

We agreed upon a price and a sale on Wednesday and returned on Friday to finalize the sale. Although there were a few unexpected delays in the process, we successfully concluded the sale to our satisfaction. We were very impressed by the company’s understanding and responsiveness to our suggestions to streamline the process.
