Very straightforward process via the WeBuyBack website. The instructions are easy to follow. I sent my Samsung phone and watch via Australia post. I was pleased with the assessment by WeBuyBack and they honoured the my original request and I got really good deal. From sending the phone to receiving the money from WeBuyBack, took 7 days (you have a choice money to be sent to your bank or PayPal). Overall, easy and very pleased with my transaction with WeBuyBack.
