I submitted a request to this organisation and got a prompt response. I set up an appointment for an online call and got numerous reminders to attend. At the appointed time I waited for about 20 minutes and no one turned up. I chased and chased and eventually someone contacted me and we had a call. We went through all the details - all sounded positive, and then I haven't heard anything since (and it's been over a month now).

Was an absolute pleasure to have young Ryan visit my property today, put me at ease and answered any questions I had, arrived promptly and was very professional 😀 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pure dead brilliant negotiator. As a mediator myself, I recognize his superior skills which at the age of 21 must be more than training and a natural part of upbringing. Listens well to your needs and concerns, asks the right questions, does not manipulate but seeks common ground and supports your concerns and needs. This has been a way out of a property we did not want anymore. Our circumstances changed and we needed a quick sale. Couldn’t stick to an appointment time. Just received a barrage of endless calls.
When I did speak to someone it was just a bunch of awkward questions.
“Why’s your house not sold?”
“What’s the story?”
“You’re not that desperate are you?” Still no idea what the offer would be or how it works or anything about the process. Even asked me who my property is listed with. Surely could have checked that before calling??? Would not recommend.
