My name is RK
My name is RK, and I am writing this review to warn others about my experience with WebWave Studios, which appears to be a fraudulent company offering dropshipping and Shopify store setup services.
1. How It Started
I came across an Instagram advertisement by WebWave Studios promoting their dropshipping services. I contacted them on WhatsApp, where I spoke with a person named Salman.
Salman spoke very convincingly and made several promising claims about helping me start my own online business. Based on his words, I decided to trust them.
2. Payments Made & False Promises
I first paid ₹500, after which they delivered a poorly set-up Shopify store two days later.
I requested a domain change, and Salman asked me to pay the remaining amount of ₹3,499, which I did.
After this, he stated that the store integrations would be completed and that advertisements would be run.
For running 3 days of ads, he demanded an additional ₹500, which I also paid.
In total, I made all payments exactly as requested.
3. Orders Came In – But None Were Delivered
After the payments:
My store received 9 orders,
Not even a single order was delivered.
All nine orders were for the same items, coming from the same location (Delhi).
When I questioned this, Salman gave an unreasonable answer:
“Delhi has a lot of people.”
Clearly, this was not a valid explanation.
4. Continuous Delays & Unresponsive Support
I repeatedly requested a URL/domain change, which they kept promising but never completed.
After three days of silence, they assigned me a “coordinator” named Anjali Ma’am.
She only replied after 50+ messages,
Repeating the same line: “Yes sir, I will get it done,”
But nothing was actually done.
When Anjali failed to complete the tasks, I was given another contact: Karan Sharma.
This person never answers calls,
Never replies to messages,
And acts completely unprofessional.
5. 15 Days Completed – Zero Results
It has now been 15 days, and here is the current status:
2 orders were canceled,
1 order returned (RTO),
6 orders are still stuck in transit,
No updates, no progress, and no real support from the company.
6. Final Assessment – Fraudulent & Unprofessional
Based on my complete experience, I can confidently say that:
WebWave Studios is a fraudulent and unreliable company.
They take payments, make false promises, provide no service, and pass customers from one agent to another without completing any work.
People Involved in This Fraud
Salman – Misleading statements and false promises
Anjali Ma’am – Extremely slow, no task completed
Karan Sharma – Completely unresponsive, unprofessional
WebWave Studios – Overall system designed to fool customers
