Wecollectwedonate Reviews

First time using them and I thought they were excellent. I would definitely recommend.

Booked it online and 10-15mins after I received a call from them to confirm my information and book the collection day. They normally give you the time slot between 8am-8pm but say that you can call them on the day to confirm the time. I called this morning and they gave me the time slot between 4-8pm which helped me to organise my day. The driver calls you before he arrives and he was very nice and polite. Very useful service when you don’t have a car or don’t know where to take your clothes. I was really satisfied and will definitely be using them again.

Easy to book the collection, the driver calls before arriving. I am very satisfied with the service.

Thank you for great service prompt and fast next day

Unsure of Driver's name but he picked up the donation around 8pm on 15/03- lovely driver and gave me plenty of notice to make sure I was in.

3rd time using this charity service and would definitely recommend.

Great experience, very easy to book and collection was smooth. Called ahead of time.

This is the second time I've used this service. Both times I found the booking process seamless, employee very polite and friendly and my donations collected on time.

Lee was brilliant, texted ahead of his arrival and came on the date I had booked for collection. Thoroughly lovely guy. Have used this company before and will use again 5*

This service is such a time saver. Booked online for next day pickup and good communication by the driver before arrival. Very satisfactory.

Booked for 10am but called them to confirm and they said they didn't have me on the system, eventually picked up at 4pm after having to call and text a couple of times to get a confirmed time. Then had 2 people show up at my door at 6pm saying they were here to collect the clothes. Anxious about how any people were given my address and the lack of communication both to me and to each other.

Great service! Would highly recommend

A big big thank you to Selina from wecollectwedonate.
I have so many unused clothes (a few car loads) and no time to really do anything about it.
Selina made the whole process so easy and stress free. And knowing that the clothes are going to genuine charities is very reassuring.
Thank you again Selina - I really appreciate your help.

Really great - easy to book and picked up quickly by a lovely lady!

Great experience.

I’ve used this company twice and both times I have been so impressed with the service.
It’s so easy to book a slot on the website and both times I’ve managed to book within 48 hours of collection.
Drivers are super friendly and professional, called me when they were about 15 mins away. Really really brilliant service couldn’t rate them more highly.

Amazing service, Selina is such a lovely person. Was on time and very helpful! 😁

This is the second time I have used this charity and they are amazing. They donate the clothes to the charities that need them most. Selena was so efficient and friendly. The whole experience couldn’t have been easier - thanks so much Selena!

Communication was really good and the staff member who came to my door, very friendly. Would definitely use again when I have more to donate. Thanks.

Great service, super simple process and very convenient for people like myself with no car. Collection was very smooth and painless. Very friendly service will be using again!
