Erin and Ellie were amazing! They found my perfect dress on the first try, and insisted I try on more until I was fully sure that I was totally happy with my decision. They were so warm, supportive and helped me find the dress of my dreams within an hour! They never pushed the hard sell, and seemed truly invested in me getting the dress of my dreams. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience as a bride - thank you both so much!

I recently bought a dress from Wed2B, and the whole experience was fantastic. It was my first time shopping for bridal wear in-store, and the staff were wonderful. They were friendly, welcoming, and made everything so much easier for me. I can be very indecisive, but they quickly helped narrow down my choices, and before long I found a dress I absolutely loved. They also added accessories to help create the complete look and even styled my hair. I would definitely recommend visiting if you’re looking for friendly, helpful service and a great range of dresses and styles.

Charlotte and Erin really made my experience great, found my dress in 4 dresses after walking in without an idea of what I’d like! I’m over the moon and feel stunning, thank you so much

Insanely exceptional service
I came in as a flustered bridesmaid whio had problems with dresses from other stores to find another dress. I was by myself and the staff helped me through all the fittings and made the experience really relaxed and like control had been regained. So grateful! Staff were friendly amd so incredibly helpful!

Had a great experience in Wed2B Cardiff. We had a wait as there was only one bridal consultant working that day but the wait was worth it. Tarnia was fantastic and took time to really listen and understand what I liked and didn’t like and I found my dream dress. I’m over the moon with my dress and would recommend the store to anyone. Thank you!

Blaize gave me a wonderful experience today. I felt listened to and understood when it came to what style I liked, what I envisioned and done everything for me during my appointment. Nothing was too much for me. Would highly recommend!

Wed2Be as a brand seem to be a great concept, and i’ve heard wonderful things about the Wrexham and Stoke stores (as the other bridesmaids got their dresses from there) but wow - I’ll never order or recommend the Cardiff store to anyone.

Firstly, when I went to try the dresses on, I was told that they had the 6 types of Bridesmaids dresses available to try on. I tried a few sizes, but the one dress I really wanted (Laila) they didn’t have in store in my size . Considering the whole point of wed2be is not to book, turn up and try on dresses, you’d think all would be available- it’s literally 6 dresses, regardless of the colour (as none were in the pink I was actually buying), but no. After waiting half an hour to try anything on I was shown to a dressing room. As I was trying dresses I was told the lady would come back to me to check in. She didn’t, so I stood awkwardly in the changing room curtain trying to flag someone down to bring another size for ten minutes (after 15 mins of trying and nobody coming to check). With others around it was pretty embarrassing.
When it came to paying, I stood for 15/20 minutes waiting to just confirm details and pay. The woman behind the desk had two associates with her. I was in next in line when a bride with her dress came to pay and this seemed to take priority. Neither associate could put the brides dress in the box so the manger of whoever she was did it. I assume they were being trained but surely having someone wait so long is a bit daft. Eventually I paid £20 for express delivery (6-8 weeks) and left.
Shock horror, the dress was not in store until week 9-10. I rang up during 7-9 weeks each time being fobbed off that its on it way and the store would call me. On week 9 I rang again, advising I am over the time expected and needed to book in a seamstress, to be told ‘yes its now in store’. Nobody called me to say as promised. This really frustrated me as I’m a new mum with lots on my plate, never mind not being called when told I would be. When I picked up I was asked if I had the paperwork, which nobody said i’d need to pick up. I was still given the dress so why it was relevant to delay this exchange is beyond me.
Honestly it was awful! My experience of becoming a bride would be ruined if I considered this shop so i’d avoid like the plague.
They need to shut shop for two days, train everyone properly, and put the customer experience at the forefront. I will be contacting for a re-imbursement of the £20 given it breached contract.

Older bride and deaf with no idea what I was looking for . The woman that talked me through the whole experience was extremely patient and understanding and made me feel at ease . She talked me through what I liked and disliked and there was no limit to how many dresses I tried on before deciding on the one . Great service , warm welcoming and lovely staff highly recommend.

Great experience at Wed2Be in Cardiff, can definitely recommend going on a Monday morning, it was extremely quiet, we were the only ones in the shop. Ellie welcomed us and served us. She listened to exactly what I was saying and chose a dress nicer than I could have imagined. She explained everything in such detail, listened to my likes/dislikes of each dress and I ended up choosing the first one she picked. It was as if she knew me better than I knew myself. I can’t thank her enough.

I am a larger woman, and I brought my fiancée with me today and the ladies there were very accommodating! He was included in conversations and I felt at ease from the moment I stepped through the door. No size was given to me, I wasn’t made to feel horrible! The 2 dresses I tried were not comfortable for me, but nothing was too much trouble, Ellie (? Sorry if I got your name wrong lovely!) listened to how I proposed to my partner, she was included tune with what I liked, and pulled a dress I instantly thought “hmmm, not really my thing…” BUT, I put it on, she chose accessories and a sparkly belt, helped me with a veil and hair pieces, and I felt so pretty, comfortable and confident! Honestly, nothing was too much for her and I walked away with the perfect dress for me! We had such a lovely time and I highly recommend anyone to go and spend time there. If I had to wait to see someone I can honestly say they are worth waiting for! Thank you again ladies!

Shannon was very very helpful and listened to my thoughts and feeling very well. She choose amazing beautiful dresses for me to try on, and helped me find the one dress! She made me feel comfortable to try on the dresses.

I wondered if you would allow your customers to browse while they wait for their appointment??? I think this would given me an opportunity to see and try something that i hadn't thought of? And allowing friends/family to see and choose too. Just a thought!

Also to maybe talk through the pricing Quote a little bit more with your customers. Looking at the recpict following the purchase, noticing charges for hangers/ dress bag / vale bag ect, I would have liked if this was mentioned or an option given regarding what was needed.

From the moment I walked through the door, felt at ease, welcomed, and as if I were the only person in the shop. Was free to look at dresses, pop in and out waiting for my assistant. The emailing queue system is wonderful. You know where you are have time if need be to nip out. I enjoyed my afternoon in the shop, could have stayed there all day. Elli looked at my list of dresses to try, took in all about my wedding, theme, finance. She was warm, understanding and knows what worked for me, my shape and age. I wanted to try on Cove, I was too short to carry this off and even saying no not for me Elli understood. I never felt pressured into buying, wasnt rushed, was able to walk about to get a better feel of the dresses tried on. It was as if time stood still for me. I took 5 members of family with me. They were happy to receive them. After saying yes to my dress offered to take picture of myself and family holding up wipeboards saying we say yes to this dress. Never thought I would go for off the shoulder, soon as family member suggested it Elli face lit up. I have the perfect one to try. Elli knew it would be me, suit me and that was the one I bought. I keep looking at it on me via pics we were able to take. Plus all wrapped up in the box. Love I can take it away same day. Love the little add ones too the hair clip, vanity case beautiful too. I would highly recommend Wed2b to all my family for future. Fantasti prices for the dresses also. I seriously can't stop smiling. I was a worried older short bride. Everyone i the shop put me at ease, made me feel special.

The staff were very helpful and happy .
We were told the wait would be about 1.5 hours as only a few staff were working and one was in training.
We ended waiting 3 hours so by the time we had a dress fitting ,we didn't have much time as we had to get back home .

Thanks to Shannon's assistance, I was able to find the ideal dress at Wed2b in Cardiff. She was understanding as I described my ideal dress and the location of my wedding, giving her a glimpse into my wedding day. She took her time finding the perfect dress for me and was patient with me while I tried them on. When I brought my future in-laws along, she was really helpful. I appreciate shannon for helping me locate the wedding gown of my dreams. From the start to the finish, the entire team was Amazing.

I had a lot of recommendations of Wed2b in Cardiff, and they didn’t disappoint. The staff there made the experience so special and they definitely know their job. I chose a dress I never thought I’d go for and it was the first dress picked out for me.
