I had a really positive experience at Wed2b today. Firstly, no waiting times, we were welcomed in to the store and seen straight away. The lovely ladies that helped me allowed me to try on as many dresses as I wished to, weren’t pushy at all, and full of helpful advice. Special mention to the store manager who also provided excellent customer service to me. Thank you :)

Great experience today, didn’t feel rushed and could try on quite a few dresses. Staff were super helpful and made sure they were asking all the right questions to get the dress I wanted.

I was very nervous going in . But they were friendly from the get go . They turned what I thought was going to be nerve-wrecking to a really enjoyable experience. My bridal consultant was absolutely lovely and listened to everything that needed . I came out with the most beautiful dress and absolutely in love with it.

Ellie was really helpful, honest and overall lovely. She made me feel really comfortable as I wasn’t 100% sure on a style that I wanted but she picked out some lovely dresses, one being THE DRESS!
Lots of room for bride parties to wait, and experience felt personal!

Ellie really listened to me and brought out dresses and accessories which all met my requirements - great, helpful and friendly. Choosing a wedding dress is a really daunting experience but she made it seamless!

Given that this was a completed new experience, the staff members we're very welcoming and made myself and my Bridal party feel so at ease.
I had the pleasure of meeting with Fiona and we went through ideas of what style of dress I wanted, and she was so wonderful throughout this experience, I ended up walking away with a wedding dress purchased, which was completely different to what I initially through it wanted, and Fiona really tailored the dress selection to my responses and thoughts. I couldn't recommend Wed2Be enough. The whole experience was amazing and they were able to provide me with the perfect dress for my special day.

Came across Wed2B by chance when I was in the area. After being sure I wasn’t going to have a traditional wedding dress, i was surprised when I finished my visit with a dress! Amazing choice of dresses, super friendly staff that made the experience so magical. Would recommend for everyone to take a look.

My first experience of trying on wedding dresses and I was made to feel so special. I wasn’t planning to buy a dress that day, but just wanted to see what suited me, but ended up with the perfect one out of three absolutely beautiful choices.

The customer service in the store was fantastic, I was served by Millie, she really listened to what I wanted and got my vision. When she brought out the second dress, it was exactly what I was looking for. I was very grateful for the experience. However; upon paying for the dress, it did feel like the service dropped a little, for example, there was no “she said yes to the dress” photo which I was left feeling left out.

I was able to find my dress in the first fitting. The girls were all amazing. They are kind, helpful and understand what you are looking for straight away. After a brief chat they found the most beautiful dresses and one of them was my dress!

I came into the MK office and was greeted immediately, I had an informal consultation which was helpful, I was given a variety of dresses and found the most beautiful dress on the 4th try, I loved the others but dress number 4 was the one. Thank you

Amazing, can’t fault it

Lovely experience in the shop, however, company policy means there is poor customer service afterwards. This is unfair on the customer and on those working in customer service. I understand the need for a company to put safeguards in place to ensure customers do not abuse a system but what happened to me is not acceptable and soured how I feel about the company in general. Prior to payment the wedding dress and veil were taken away and packaged in boxes (and yes as others have said all the extras are then added to the bill, I didn’t mind this because I knew it was coming) so the customer leaves the shop trusting that what has been chosen is in the boxes. This was not the case. When I got home and looked in the boxes the wrong veil had been included. This was a genuine accident and I did not mind as I only live 15 mins drive from the shop and so assumed it would be easy to return the veil and swop them over for the one I had chosen. The shop had closed and so the next day I rang the company who said I could return the veil but they would not refund the difference between the cost of the two veils. This was not an inconsiderable cost. I had to be insistent this was unacceptable, as it was a simple human error on the part of the lovely person who had served me. After much heartache and jumping through hoops, including sending the photo of me in the correct veil in the shop’ and photos of tags and receipts, I was allowed to swop the veils and I got my money back the next day. If you are in a hurry I would still recommend but go with your eyes open to the company practices of a) additional spend that are included with no choice and b) v poor policy around customer service which I am not sure is legal in this country. If I had not received the refund I would have been seeking consumer advice.

Didn’t have to wait long as no appointments needed. All staff were really friendly and made me feel at ease. They really listened to what it was I wanted and aloud me to try different styles until I found the one!
