Review zonder uitnodiging
Terrible service and zero communication
Ordered for the very first time, was quick to receive a delivery notification from UPS and thought great! Two emails for delivery dates and still no order. I then reported to supplier directly and still no acknowledgement just a review email. So now company has my money and I have no order! Terrible service will never order again and will be going to trading standards

I hope you find this email well.
I placed me very first order with yourselves on Wednesday and was delighted to see that my order had been shipped the very next day. The order was due with UPS Thursday in the morning but nothing arrived all day. The delivered the rescheduled for Friday (today ) in the morning then another message stating it would be later in the afternoon. This time again has lapsed and still no delivery.
I required this for a brides dress going out on Monday but have no faith that this order will even turn up in time now.
I am trying to run a business and I can't be being let down with suppliers when I need the items for my customers. I do appreciate this is a UPS issue but this has now put me off buying from you with the couriers you are using.
If you can please advise when u can expect my order please. I will have to now order a box from elsewhere on next day delivery from another company so not letting my customers down.
If you could update me accordingly i would appreciate that greatly

apologise about this expreince, but i can confirm we have not received any email from your side, normally we are very fast responding.
regarding your parcel i can see its not been delivered because of delivery issue i will call UPS tomorrow and get an update regarding why its not been delivered.
If they are unable to deliver we will send replacement with alternative courier
