My sister was getting married and I had been let down on my original plans for her wedding car. With 3 days to go.

I called wedding car hire and spoke with Kevin who was absolutely fantastic, in a very calmly, reassuring manner talked me through my options.

He sent me photos of the car I could expect on the day before I booked.

The gent who arrived on the morning was extremely helpful and polite, and I really cannot thank these guys enough.

Their customer service, commutation, and reliability was fantastic. Thank you so so much for making my sisters day extra special.

Kevin is a gem! Super helpful and helped book a car for my event at lightning speed and at crazy hours of the evening to make it work! Thank you so much for being super proactive with communication and getting us a great deal and car hire!

Very professional service from drivers. Though I didn't receive the promised call for details 48 hours before the booking (had to contact the company myself), the drivers and vehicles were perfect for the occasion.

Do not order from this company, for my wedding I ordered 2 cars and a mini bus for the guests who didn't drive to get to the venue. However on the day of my wedding the bus never arrived leaving all my guests stranded. The best man had to run to the nearest taxi company to ask for help and luckily they came through for us. After the wedding I called this company to complain they told me they are just a booker company and it wasn't their fault, I called the company who owned the bus and they said they hadn't even been booked. The wedding car hire didn't care at all and after a year I could only get my deposit back from them. They also work under the name regency. Disgusting I never got an apology, they never even cared. My guests were stranded.

Kevin was very professional, informative and friendly. he went through all the different options and ensure that i understood what my choices could be. The booking of a minibus for a wedding was easy and done quickly. Thank you Kevin Phillips

This company seems to trade more as Regency now. These guys can sell but beware. Read the T’s and C’s carefully. If you have problems the interest in you evaporates and after the event you will be told to follow “procedure” and only allowed to deal with “customer service”. The T’s and C’s will be quoted at you. Build any relationship with the Operator of the vehicle to safeguard your arrangements , in fact as the T’s and C’s advise.

It was a very fantastic experience. Shame, this couldn't happen everyday.The service was brillaint especially with James who was the substitute chauffeur. He made my wife and I feel very welcome.

No doubt, I'm already looking for potential clients that will definitely have a wonderful time like mine.

We cannot praise the service enough. The car was fantastic and was beautifully decorated for our wedding. The driver was on time and was courteous.

Just booked my wedding cars for September. The sales advisor Stefan was great and really helpful. I struggled to recieve the booking forms and they were helpful. The whole process was easy. Just got to wait for the big day.

Booked a limousine for my sons birthday and was absolutely over the moon with service provided on the day. Would like to say a big thank you to salesman (Glenn) for providing an excellent service which made me fell comfortable whilst making the booking. I spoke online with Kevin yesterday to make initial enquiries about mine and my fiancés wedding next year. Kevin was most helpful and made great recommendations, sending pictures and outlining the spec of each vehicle with professionalism. Although it was a virtual conversation, it was apparent that Kevin has a vested interest in the products the company offer and cares that their customers get not just what they want, but the best cars suited to their needs and budgets. I formalised our bookings today and received the booking confirmations within minutes. Such an efficient and exemplary level of customer service - I would not hesitate to recommend Weddingcarhire to family, friends and acquaintances in the future. Thanks so very much :)

I have just booked a car for my wedding next year after discussing my requirements with on-line support agent Kevin yesterday. Everything was explained to me very clearly, where the cars in which I was interested was located, he suggested alternative cars and provided a price.

Kevin called me back to follow up from where I had left it. He was happy to discuss all of the questions and issues I raised during our conversation. He was informative, helpful and friendly; there was not any pressure on his part to encourage me to hire a vehicle.

As our wedding is not until November- I can only review on the service I've experienced so far.
Sean has been marvellous for customer support and super effiency, the extra price for guarantee was ommited in all the advertising etc. but to pay a little extra to know you are properly insured- is again - peace of mind.
I will leave more extensive review at the end of November.

Fantastic service so far...

My partner and I get married in a couple of weeks time and were let down by our previous car hire and were panicked about getting one on time. I spoke to Kevin at customer services and he was lovely. Everything was professional and he was very polite and efficient and within just a few minutes had put us at ease and we had confirmed all of the arrangements for our cars. Has made us feel much more relaxed about our day now and I have no reason to expect poor service on the day. Will come back and update this review after our wedding but so far cannot praise enough, thanks again.

The wedding car arrived super early the driver was amazing and waited until we we're all ready. Car was lovely and really made our day special . Mr and Mrs Livemore.
