You pay a fortune to advertise. Then you get scam messages, ghosted, and it leads you to wonder why. Well no matter what price point you pay (they have tiers) after a couple inquires it give them 5-8 more suggestions for vendors to reach out to in the same category. So if you are tier one paying a ton of money, you still get thrown in the mix with the 5-8 others who don’t pay as much as you do.

They scam you when it’s close to renewal time or if you complain. I noticed it every time.

When I asked why they give more suggestions they said Netflix has the same business model. Which was comical to me. How is it even comparable? When I spend $20 a month of course I want to know all of the videos that compare to what I just watched that’s why I’m on the platform. That is NOT why we pay so much to advertise with wedding pro.

I’ve had a glitch on my account for over a year. They combined my company with another and removed all of the reviews I had.

Huge price hike this year. No notice of increase they just charged the card even though I’m not in contract with them.

Wedding wire send fake leads they promise many things before taking money once money is given thr attitude change,so pls don't register wt them .

I have been a WW vendor for over a decade with two different businesses in the wedding industry. Initially, when it was owned and run by Sonny Ganguly, customer service was wonderful and I gladly paid the 600 euro yearly fee for a premium page. Then Sonny moved on and the Knot took over. Vendor services now is non-existent, it is very hard to get answers to disputes and problems we face, but what is worse is that once you sign up, you no longer have control over your own business image unless you close the business and send them proof. You cannot eliminate YOUR OWN PAGE from their platform. I know, I know, we need to read the fine print. Kind of like Facebook and Instagram I guess .... I thought WW wrould be better ...
As of today (at least for my business) I am getting spammed and scammed as fake vendors are setting up pages and tagging us in 'real' weddings. I wish I could get out of this horrible trap, but at least I can warn others here at Trust Pilot.

I was a loyal customer for 4 years. They went up 30% WITHOUT notifying me and charged my card. They don't care about their vendors. At all. No apology, no admitting of doing wrong. Don't do it.

Ever since The Knot taking over, it generates zero leads. Very expensive for vendor listing and reaping no return.

I wish there was a way to review ZERO. I get monthly charged a huge amount and in return I get absolutely nothing . No clients. No deals. It’s an absolute disappointment. I would suggest all the photographers NOT to sign up with this company . They are going to take your money and give you nothing in return .

Stay away from this company at all cost. I do not recommend the Weddingwire if you are a vendor looking to grow your business. You are better off spending your money elsewhere.

Im sending this email to let your company know that recently i recieved a call from a person named Ansh from this phone number +91 7428383937 who told is a staff of 'Wedding Wire' .This person was showing a bad attitude towards me and my company by raising his voice against me for no reason.Is this how you guys let your staffs behave to your customers and how do u guys expect us to join your platform.I had a plan to join Wedding wire bit due to this issue im doubting whether ill have to face these kind of issues from your support side in future.

They could care less about their vendor relations, you can not get decent help, they do not uphold their end of commitments, and fail to provide renewal notice but then charge you anyway as a vendor. They are absolutely horrible and the quality of leads has been less than desired. A complete waste of advertising and marketing dollars.

This is the most unethical company that I have ever worked with. Since merging with the knot, they show an utter disregard for their vendors. I couldn’t get any help from my representative until I stopped payment on my card. Then, they showed some interest in my problem. I sold my business and still owed them for several months, so I wanted to just change my account over. After 5 months, they finally did it. My rep said I had to sign a new contract and the quicker I did it, the sooner they could get my new account up. I told her that I did not want to renew and she said that it would not extend my contract. After the two months remaining on my contract were up, they had charged me $700 more b cause I didn’t cancel during the proper time frame. I don’t even do weddings anymore. This story should serve as a warning to anyone considering their advertising. They are an immoral corporation full of greedy and immoral people. .

Don't trust this Company. They send requests randomly, and potential couple are not interested to your services as they have not seen your works. So this is a waste of time and a waste of money for both clients and vendors.

They literally send you almost zero buisness. We have had 55 or so couples send generic messages to have 1 answer. We think they are falsifying facts and leads. We have some proof of it and are going to start a class action lawsuit as the reviews on here from all these other companies seem to say the same. Send any proof you have to us just look us up on the internet we are MKE hall in Milwaukee Wi. We cant post our contact info on here. We will be reaching out to each one of you. Anyone reading this review dont use them. They are beyond terrible.

Do not, I repeat DO NOT PAY WEDDING WIRE FOR ADVERTISING! They make it very easy for customers to simply get a huge amount of estimates without actually looking at your company profile. Even though I have a price list, every request I get is a pre-written Wedding Wire request for a price. Lazy clients go to Wedding Wire to send out bulk estimate requests and and are looking for unrealistic dirt cheap prices. Don't waste you time or money. They also adivised me to set up a fake wedding to get phots, so you are competing with that as well. They are a JOKE!

This company has earned the title Scam ..Their agents lie to you to get you into a 12 month contract. Joshua Feil repeatedly lied to me directly saying that they would not lock me into a 12 month contract, stating that "We would not force you to be on our site if you did not want to be". I asked at least 5 times and he assured me that this would not happen, he described a "try it out to see if you like it". When no leads came in for awhile, I called back to cancel, as he promised I could. Unfortunately, his phoine number changed, he was no where to be found, no one would call me back. I noticed an email saying I had a new account manager "Lissa Bouldin", I thought that I would be able to explain the situation to her but, she only replied with "I don't believe he would do that". Basically she called me a liar and refused to do anything. Held up for this Josh guy, I got frustrated and just figured I'd try to make the best of a bad situation, I will admit that I have had a few leads, not sure exactly, maybe 0-2 jobs in 6 months. Billing had an issue and called me right away, after me stating the same to this person, they ignored me and just wanted a payment. I have thought of persuing legal action, still am.

I raised concerns about the sudden price increase from $1500 to $3500 per year. Despite expressing my inability to pay such a substantial amount, they proceeded to delete my account, erasing years of dedicated work spent collecting valuable reviews in the blink of an eye.

It's rare that I resort to writing scathing reviews, but my experience with WeddingWire has compelled me to share my discontent. This platform, which promises to be an ally for those navigating the often stressful realm of wedding planning, fell dramatically short of its promises and failed to deliver on almost every count.

First and foremost, the information and statistics they shared during the sales process were, to put it bluntly, misleading. They painted a rosy picture of success and reliability, which in reality turned out to be a mirage. Such deceptive marketing tactics raise serious questions about their credibility.

Moreover, when faced with genuine concerns and issues, their response was abysmal. I reported fraudulent contacts, expecting swift action and a rectification of the situation. Instead, I was met with a wall of silence and indifference. It's appalling that a company, which thrives on the trust of its customers, would be so dismissive of their genuine grievances.

Furthermore, the support mechanism they purport to offer is practically non-existent. My account manager, who I was told would be my point of contact and support, disappeared after the sale. Later, I found out they weren't even with the company anymore. This lack of continuity and transparency is unacceptable for any service, let alone one that deals with events as significant as weddings.

In summary, WeddingWire's services are overshadowed by their misleading marketing, lack of genuine customer support, and a seemingly indifferent attitude towards genuine issues raised by their users. I'd urge potential users to think twice before getting entangled in what might end up being a frustrating and fruitless endeavor.

We selected a vendor from wedding wire and tried to book that venue with the vendor but the vendor was unprofessional and unresponsive. I wrote a review about that vendor on wedding wire and wedding wire removed it saying that they only accept the review if you had a contract with the vendor. The purpose of their website is to help couple in wedding preparations and if we had a problem with vendors in that process and point it out they dont accept that. They just support vendors on their platform as they get money from them and dont care about the customers. I would not recommend wedding wire cause if any thing wrong happens they support their vendors and not customers cause their revenue comes from the vendors.

The support and help I received from Heather D. on the Wedding Wire was outstanding and Wedding Wire gave me the results I needed to take my business from a commissary start-up to being one of the largest catering companies in Jacksonville, Fl.
I need a lot of guidance and she could not have been more patient and helpful.
It was absolutely worth the investment and I will always be grateful to heather and Wedding Wire for their help in making my business a success!

What a huge waste of money! We have been a vendor for almost a year now and have gotten zero sales, the “leads”they send almost seem fake and never respond to you. They make you sign a 12 month contract just to keep your money because they know you would want to cancel after a few months. I have not talked with any vendor who has ever made money with them. You might as well use your money on Facebook ads or google ads. They pray on small companies and promise you the moon. I’m telling you stay away!!!
