​100/100 Experience – The Forest is THE Spot in Baltimore! 🌲✨
​After a disappointing trip to Cookies, my fiancée and I almost gave up, but The Forest saved the day! From the jump, the security guard and front desk team made us feel welcome and promised a better experience—and they delivered.
​The Vibe: The shop is beautiful! While we waited, we got to check out some amazing vendors—the lemonade was fire and I’m currently waiting on my brownies to arrive, I’m so excited! Shoutout to the cashier with the dreads for the awesome compliment, too.
​The Legend: Omari is the man! He actually listened to our situation and broke everything down with so much knowledge. He was so good that I tried to buy the whole store—Omari literally had to start looking at my fiancée for "adult supervision" so I didn’t spend all my coins! 😂

This app has no clue to what dispensaries have in stock yet they claim to. So ridiculous that morecthan not, what i ordered is actually sold out. There is zero communication with this company and any dispensaries. What pretend to have a business that is supposed to help somebody find what they want and good deals when they have no clue about anything and then they point the finger at the dispensaries. Dispensaries do the same thing. Nobody is accountable. Bunch of zombies doing anything but being a resource

Higher level in Greenfield is my #1 go to for cannibis products. The bud tenders are excellent. Always willing to show you their best deals. I always leave with a smile and an excellent deal for the day.

I got scammed into paying $158 and then $133. Driver delievered wrong order. Their customer service told me to return the whole order and then place new order. The driver took all my items/ returned it on the site. I placed new order for $133 and till today NEVER got my $158 which was promised by their customer service agent.I tried calling them/ their # doesn't work- Customer service sent me a message to forward it to someone else. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE. I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THIS BUSINESS IS SHADY. TAKES ADVANTAGE OF SENIORS. BE CAREFUL

The app works maybe 25% of the time and is constantly not loading pages. Get the a location and cant even shop deals because this app sucks.

I’m a brand who paid them for 1.5 years, didn’t receive a single order from their platform the entire time! Sold in the dispensaries. Kept it for SEO optimization. Useless otherwise.

They were okay despite glitches in the website here and there but then they went completely greedy. Their arrogant potheads swelled up so giant that they think they're going to command and sell your data now. I am not uploading IDs into a stupid Superfluous pot website? Big hippie heads when convenience says you can just walk in the store or go to the neighbor. Bye GreedMaps!

Application is flakey at best. Most dispensaries tell you not to use it because the orders rarely process.I said this on their site as a review and they blocked account. Now I'm going out if my way to inform as many people as I can: the police use weedmaps to raid dispensaries.Use the dispensaries website to place your order for reliable and secure purchases.

I am writing to formally file a complaint against Royal Apothecary, a licensed cannabis dispensary located in California City, CA. I also wish to include Greenstone, as I was informed by an employee that the two businesses are connected and operate under the same ownership.

I had been a regular customer at Royal Apothecary and had accumulated 156 loyalty points. However, after expressing concern regarding how I was treated by certain female staff members and stating my experiences — including concerns about possible racial bias and product integrity — my account was suddenly banned. I was not using offensive language; I was simply sharing my perspective.

I was then told by a delivery driver (who I recognized from Royal Apothecary) that I would have to “call them” if I wanted to resolve the issue. The dismissive attitude and lack of accountability are unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing industry. I would like my loyalty points transferred to my Greenstone account, since the businesses are related and my ban appears to be retaliatory.

I also urge the business to take mental health concerns seriously and treat all customers — regardless of race, gender, or background — with compassion and respect.

Please review this situation and help ensure fair treatment for all patients and consumers.

I wanted to follow up regarding the vape cartridge I received, which arrived only half full — clearly inconsistent with the product images shown online. I understand you've mentioned that the manufacturer is responsible for this issue. However, as a customer, I’m purchasing this through your store, not directly from the manufacturer.

If you’re aware this product is consistently underfilled, and continue to sell it without notifying customers, that’s misleading. At the very least, it should be disclosed before purchase. This has now happened more than once, and it's disappointing to feel like I'm not getting what I pay for — especially when this product isn't cheap.

I’m kindly requesting a resolution — whether that’s a replacement, a credit, or another appropriate solution. I’m hoping your team will take this seriously and provide support that reflects the quality of service I used to trust.

This location is great, Centrally located and they have a great selection as well as a very personable and intelligent staff

I've been unable to setup an account for almost 3 months, they keep telling me my password can't be used no matter what I type in. If you don't have an account you can't take advantage of the online discounts. My attempts at reaching out to customer service have gotten no results. At this point I can no longer recommend this site and would advise you to either go directly to the dispensary website or to the store itself, you won't do anything but spend extra money here.
