Had months of connectivity problems, turns out the modem was knackered. They send a new one next day and it worked straight out of the box! Lost one point for no out of hours customer service.

JJ and Josh turned up to install our new fibre broadband. They were really polite and helpful, did the installation well and kept everything tidy. I was really impressed. The broadband is superfast!!
Installation a bit delayed because of installer illness. Lengthier installation which involved the fibre cable needing to be replaced. Otherwise efficient and problem-free but the speed is nowhere near 1gb. Best achieved so far is just over 300mb.

Been trying to get my Internet fixed for 4 days it's only been active 6 days and already has a fault , poor customer service on phone still no further on or fixed and was told would book a engineer still waiting for that, shocking tbh cheap for price but awful service

I have waited a while for my fibre broadband to get installed. This is due to the fact I’ve not been well and had hospital appointments to attend. WeFibre were good once I got in contact with them, after I knew they had come to our village. They had the line ready to install into my house, then arranged a day to call in and connect to my house. A pleasant guy arrived on time, and within a couple of hours had installed and had it up and running. Very efficient guy who knew exactly what he was doing. He also cleaned up whatever mess he made. Also left card for contact number in case of any trouble occurs. Very pleased with service so far.
The installation was very smooth, at the appointed time. Josh kept everything tidy and explained things well. And the service has been super fast and stable since. I can now stream in 4k. Hurray!
The Engineer who completed the installation for us was brilliant. He knew what he was doing and carried out the final connection professionally and left everything clean and tidy after he had finished. Very satisfied.
JJ was great very friendly and really helpful. A very tidy job done installing my new Wefiber internet. I would thoroughly recommend this company.
Very polite and very useful information gave all information required only problem is the promise was for 1000mg speed I am lucky to get 20mg of Wi-Fi if I plug my phone in with lead it jumps up to 500mg but I need it running of Wi-Fi

The installation engineer from Manchester was extremely polite, helpful and had my Wefibre broadband neatly and cleanly installed in no time at all. I've waited 13 months for this installation due to my house being out of reach of the village's original provision - all good things come to those who wait! 😊
JJ was great. Polite and helpful. Got the job done quickly and we were up and running in no time at all.
This Company has been advertising fast fibre for the last few years in our village through mailshots and latterly ( more than 12 months ago on lamp posts) about “ advanced” ( poor English, they mean “advance”) works in street. Needless to say, nothing has happened. They could do with their marketing department communicating with their installation department. My advice is look at the Open Reach site which will clearly tell you what is happening or not. Final word - avoid even if fibre installed and go with someone else.

Nathan was outstanding, understanding, very efficient and organised, always polite.
The engineers who came to fit the fibre and troubleshoot were very good and helpful. JJ Who connected me, was so nice and friendly, wouldn’t accept a hot drink, never stopped, I then noticed the hours he spent outside in bitter cold conditions up ladders , in torch light, never stopping. Into the evening.He is a very hard worker, but also very polite, he had the decency to keep calling at mine to see if I was connected and to give me updates. He even called while passing today to make sure I was up and running. He is an asset to the company like Nathan . Had a few teething problems, but they came on time to work hard to fix the issues. Outstanding team. Would recommend them.
After waiting 9 months for the installation it was worth it, the guy that did the inside installation was friendly, tidy and very helpful, and the speed it out of this world
Josh arrived early which was helpful to us. He worked quietly, quickly and efficiently. The connection has worked well since installation.
