I fainence my van with this company. After months later van have problem. try to talk to the dealer the talking b******* for 2 weeks. Call to tha fainence company but still thare they said the complaint department dealing with this but wast my time. Tha day I spoke to ( Megan) everything is sort out.
I'm highly recommend if anybody have any problem asked for me Megan she know what she doing. Thank you Megan

Disgusting company
Disgusting company, they'll do everything to get you signed up and take your money then unresponsive when something goes wrong after. Anyone you need to talk to is always on anual leave apparently.. Im having to go down legal route now with it all which is taking a long time. They now answer emails over a month after you email them. Absolutely useless
AVOID this company!

So good, I have used them again!
I dealt with Jenny throughout the process, who was a real joy to work with. She made everything easy, and nothing was too much trouble for her. She also has a great sense of humour. WFAV gave me the best deal and least hassle from all of the brokers I tried, and they are so good, I am also in the process of securing my second van from them.
