Aaron, our engineer was possibly the most courteous man I’ve met, he was professional, his communication was 1st class and nothing was too much trouble, I will certainly be recommending welbeing to all my friends, and hope Aaron is their installer.

Very efficient and a friendly team
Aaron Marshall came to fit our son's bed sensor today. Very polite, friendly and professional. Had the sensor in place and shown how to use it in an easy to follow way. Had a chat with our son whilst finalising the paperwork along with some extra advice on coping mechanisms for my own PTSD. Would highly recommend Welbeing for their efficiency and Aaron for his friendly attitude with everyone.

We received a recent visit from Wel Being's Telecare Lifeline Engineer, Aaron Marshall who was extremely efficient, courteous and who carried out his work in an exemplary manner.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Wel Being for the supply and installation of this Telecare Lifeline telephone for the elderly as it will no doubt prove invaluable in an emergency.

Lovely guy called Aaron Marshall camt to install my dads wel being equipment today. He was lovely from start to finish, very upbeat and chatty, took time to listen to my dad, and made us feel very happy and safe. Would definitely reccomend him to anybody who requires this service.

On 12th February 2019 Aaron installed the careline and we chose the the falls detector for my mother. Having lost my father 2 days before Aaron made it a very pleasant morning. He was informative, helpful and even made us laugh a few times. Thank you Aaron.

Really?
I rang on behalf of my Mother-in-Law to arrange a collection of equipment installed.
After being left on hold for almost 40 minutes, the line connected and I could hear conversations held between advisers and clients (not too hot on customer confidentiality no?).
Finally a bored sounding lady (obviously already talking to a client) asking me to confirm a date for someone else!!!!
This must be the most inefficient company I have ever called.
I would suggest whoever is in charge train their staff correctly, review their procedures and employ people who enjoy their job or at least train them how to talk to customers.
Absolutely disgusted.
