Order was filled quick and shipped right away!

Very prompt service, BUT quality issues continue to plague our experience with Miller Weldmaster machines. The materials used for the rollers is too soft and as a result, the rollers require frequent replacement. This results in unnecessary costs and delays as the delivery times are not the best, often measured in weeks rather than days.

We had an issue constantly with the lack of shipping alert and shipping documents as soon as Miller send the goods in order to have everything ready with costums and avoid economic penalties.

It took extra time to finish the job due to this was a used machine and replacement parts needed ordering. Once we had all the parts, it went very fast to complete. Our technician, Brian, was great. Explained and answered our questions/concerns in detail and was easily understood. He definitely is an expert on our T300.

A bit hard to get a hold of people in the Service Department - this was even true for the Field Service Tech.
