Having been in the fabric industry for over 25 years I can say without a doubt Miller has some of the best equipment in the industry. Their commitment to excellence in their products and even more so in their service is known worldwide. Great company, great products, and great people!!

I am happy with my Meller Weldmaster. I would like better access to parts etc so that i can always make sure I can keep my machine running.

Solidly built but difficult to adjust the especially the wedge alignment horizontally.

The outer bearings run very dry quickly.

On a run, the temperatue drops by about 5 degrees. Also dependant on ambient and material temperatures.
Should be more automatic, so speed controlled by temperature to maintain welding temperature.

Different fabric.
Attachments like hems, etc.
Cleaning of machine after periodic use & maintenance.

Our wedge welder has performed exactly as we needed it to and has enabled us to eliminate significant quality non-conformances and increase our throughput! We've also identified multiple additional applications for the machine, which has helped to increase our profit margins accordingly!

The Miller Weldmaster staff has been incredibly helpful, supportive and wonderful to work with. They have actually become friends of mine. Great machines, quality built with a tremendous team to back them up.

We have a T-300 machine. It is extremely well built. Our on-site trainer was very helpful in getting us started. We have contacted customer service a few times and they were very responsive. The attachments we purchased are also well made and do the job intended. The learning videos they produce help alot - but "practice makes perfect". The only reason I did not give them a 5 star rating is because there is always room for improvement (I rarely give a 5 star rating). If you are looking for a welding machine I gladly recommend a Miller Weldmaster unit.
