I ordered a game 2 weeks ago, and received absolutely no confirmation that my order went through, but the money was taken from my account. I've emailed them 3 times, I received one generic response that sent me to a tracking site and have had no reply since.

This lot and GOHOMIE AND ALLFOUND Web site are same . Emails same etc. No parcels have arrived... one email says its been fulfilled what ever that's meant to mean...these were all little gifts for my grandson ... do not bother with any site..unless there going to prove me wrong ... shame on all of u

Delivery took ages and I had to chase the despatch. Finally received my order and it’s all substandard and not as pictured. Won’t be wasting my time trying to get a refund after reading other reviews, but just avoid like the plague!

Wish I’d read the reviews first! I ordered 3 items 8th December (cheaper to buy 3) and assumed I’d receive in plenty of time for Christmas. Order impossible to track and no telephone number. I’ve emailed today but if the reviews are right then unlikely I’ll get a response. Not impressed at all.

After seeing the bad reviews on here I was nervous that I’d placed an order with them, however my order arrived today 21st December and I placed my order on the 5th. It is a long delivery but you have to bear in mind that it is being shipped from china.

I would give 0.5 if I could (0 aside from I did actually receive something).
As the other reviewers have said - wish I had read the reviews first and the product received was a poor imitation of what was offered with delivery times far in excess of what was advertised and with ZERO customer service.

I ordered a write a story for my eldly dad, I still haven't received it and I'm getting no response from my emails I've sent. Do not purchase from this site

It took over a month for the product to arrive and even the, it wasn't like the photos on the website. I complained about the quality and was offered a 30% discount which I never received. In total, I contacted them 4 times and heard back once (to offer the discount which I never got). They are up there with my worst customer experience and would not recommend using them at all!

I wish I had read the reviews... Unfortunately like most of the people here this website is terrible. Slow delivery due, poor product quality (I purchased some of the tell your story Mum and Dad books that were all over social media) only to discover spelling mistakes galore and for it to clearly have been badly translated from a different language. Asked for a refund because they were supposed to be Christmas presents... I highly doubt I'll hear anything to be honest...

Gutted I didn't read the reviews first- rookie error! They've taken my money but I've still not received my order and after emailing twice heard nothing, much like the other people in this thread. Avoid at all costs!

do not buy from this company if you are looking for a gift. I ordered two diaries two weeks ago, and it has literally taken two week for them to 'process' the order, let alone dispatch it! Had I known it was a UKL company who is just drop-shipping from China, I definitely would NOT have bought anything.

I now have to buy more gifts for the two people I bought these diaries for, because the order STILL hasn't left the Chinese airport, so it won't be here in time for Christmas.

Non responsive and my order still isn't even on its way after ordering it last week.

Very disappointing. That's the last time I order off an Instagram ad.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. No contact not has my order arrived. Don’t fall for the instagram post like I did

Tracking stuck on “import customs cleared” since 28th Nov. Zero hope anything arrives before Christmas or at all! Wish I’d read the reviews first!

Absolutely gutted!
Bought two speakers for my shower and they have been in transit in London since 27th November. As many others, I have contacted the company several times and have received no reply. My final email to them was to call them out in a scam and they haven’t replied to that either. I feel stupid for falling for it. I’m usually very good at not getting caught by people like this but it seemed legit.

Avoid this company like the plague! Bought a light for my daughter (stupidly I didn’t read reviews beforehand)
4 weeks later it arrived, cheap plastic chinese rubbish, paid over £15 but looks like a pound shop item. In addition it doesn’t work! Emailed the company more times than I can count and never had a response! 😡

Order never arrived and, even after multiple emails to their customer service team, I never heard anything back. Scammers.

AVOID! They are not based in the UK. Took over 3 weeks for the items to arrive from China. When they did they were damaged. Very cheap products, not fit for purpose. Be warned folks.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! CHEAP NASTY RUBBISH, NOT UK BASED, ITEMS CAME FROM CHINA WEEKS AFTER PURCHASE DATE, WHEN THE ITEMS FINALLY ARIVED THE QUALITY WAS TERRIBLE.
I ORDERED TWO BOOKS AS A GIFT FOR MY PARENTS AT THE COST OF £30! DELIVERED, THEY BOTH HAD WIERD SPELLINGS AND SPACING AND JUST LOOKED LIKE THE £1 MINI DIARYS YOU BUY IN THE SUPERMARKET. I EMAILED SEVERAL TIMES ASKING FOR A REFUND BUT HAD NO RESPONSE TO ANY OF THEM.
I FEEL THIS IS A SCAM PLEASE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.

Disgusting service ordered a present for my little one over a month ago
Took a month before it changed to ready for shipment
Been saying that now 3 week
