The item I bought did not work was told I had to pay postage to return it or get 30 per cent refund. It was a hair straightener that did not heat up and they advertise full refund if not satisfied.

completely wrong item sent, like previous reviews no reply when emailing customer service. Have reported to my credit card company

Got a Mother’s Day card it came late even though I’d ordered the over a month prior and when it came it was tiny poorly printed, the tab which you take out when the cards closed activated straight away and the glitter was crap. Don’t normally leave negative reviews but this is obviously not a small creative business it’s a mass produced money churner selling in quantity with no quality. My adhd impulse spend was a lesson

Didn't receive goods ordered,but they have refunded me,so I'm happy again.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star but I had to. Took my money, no goods won’t reply to any of my emails and then ask me to review the product. Well that’s the only best thing I could do as it meant I could warn others not to touch them with a barge pole. Absolutely awful please don’t be fooled by them.
Still waiting for the goods and about to pass over to my bank to try and get a refund.

This company is scam,they try to advert products via facebook and scam people.

I fell victim to them,i purchased a product which was no near to what was advertised,there is no phone number to contact them, when contacted them by email ,i got no reponse till date.

Avoid purchasing from them.

I have given this Company 1 star, if I could I would have given a nil star rating. I ordered something from them on the 21st May. 12 days later still awaiting a date for delivery. Do not buy anything from Welkinbird, they are a total CON.

I bought two tops that are way too small for the size they give. I Jane asked to send them back but they came back about two weeks later, saying I can send it back at a cost to me and they will some of the cost when they have it back, I e said no I would like a full refund at a cost to them as there tops are not fit for purpose, and again I’m still waiting for a reply over a week now and I have emailed about 5 times now and only had one reply, please do not use them, they shouldn’t be allowed to have a business terrible customer service.

My item arrived in the paper box,not like in advertising. This is a high pressure machine, whit 2 batterys. Came 1 battery, no high pressure, and the battery works 10 minutes

The item I purchased does not work.I therefore tried contacting the company on numerous occasions to request a return.They have ignored my request so please steer clear of this company

Scammed. Bought a product. Paid. No product and not possible to contact. Lost money to yet another scam.

If there was zero stars that would be my rating.
I ordered two cat harnesses and two cat brushes in February. Items never received. Tracking link on confirmation email doesn't work. I have tried to call them, can't get through. I have used their contact form several times, no response.

I should have read these reviews first ! Ordered some Bar-B- Q triple screwers still waiting and just no response from this company . Very very poor

The items finally arrived. Good pressure. Takes too long to deliver and no pre warning of the time it takes to deliver.

Beware of this company its sell the biggest load of rubbish over priced and not what it should do i bought a pressure washer from them i could pee faster took nearly 3 weeks to arrive complete of over rated crap so beware if you want to thow good money away.
