Oh My God !😳 I wish I had done my research and read these reviews before ordering a toothbrush for my husband! It’s true when you check for the best toothbrush on Google wellawhite comes up first !! It’s also true that the website shows a discounted rate of 38$ and you get charged 53.97$ 😰 it’s true they trap you into multiple purchases and when you realise this and call the USA number the lady agrees to cancel the order and then few days later wow … you get an email saying order of 4 toothbrushes dispatched !! I write back saying the order was promised to be cancelled which I did within 10 minutes… so I get an email to say I must now take delivery and follow their process of a refund 😓 which I’m now having to call them again to find out how??? My concern is that I will send back the brushes and get no money back in my account ! It’s not a small amount ! Besides this they split the order into 1+3 brushes and charged me delivery cost of 5.99$ twice but they all got delivered in one parcel !! HOW DOES ONE EXPLAIN SUCH SERVICE!!? hope someone gets them to shut down and stop this happening to more consumers unaware of what’s in store !!! 🙏

Zero stars - this is a scam. I ordered 1 toothbrush at around £30 - PayPal account charge several payments culminated in charges of over £200. STAY AWAY!!!

I ordered products from this company Via Pay pal and within minutes tried to cancel my order. The reply from the company was that my request was immediately sent to their despatch department and therefore i am unable to cancel my order.I have tried to contact Pay Pal but without any success.Contacting Pay Pal is a nightmare.

If I could give no stars, I would. Ordered when not confirmed with PayPal, who then denied all responsibility, despite the obvious damage to their reputation. Cancelling the order immediately produced the standard response that the order had been completed, but return upon delivery which, of course, was then rejected for "hygiene reasons". The order had quadrupled to four from one toothbrush.
I wonder these people can sleep at night!
PayPal must do something about this blatant rip off of customers all over the world; they process the payments without the usual confirmation that users always give. Trading Standards and other regulators, where are you?

Outright scam . Do not order from this company.

The electric toothbrush is essentially worthless - evenb though the vendor has managed to have its product highly ranked. A total scam. Plus, due to a confusing web site, I inadvertently purchased 3 instead of one and when I asked to at least return the 2 unused ones (never out of the box), I was refused on some bogus claim that regulations would not permit that.

I made an enquiry and after a couple of emails I did get the results I was looking for so delighted with the outcome

Absolutely an awful experience with this company forget the 30 day guarantee it doesn’t exist so the yearly product protection is a complete joke to !!! I will look into this more but how they get away with this it’s my hard earned money wasted… I can’t believe that they get away with this at the moment …..

I thought I was purchasing 1 X tooth gel at £28 which I thoughtless was very expensive but instead I was Sent 3X tooth gel and 3x toothbrushes at a cost of £161. Again they used an autofill on my basket which I was unable to remove. They take your card details almost instantly so you are caught.
They say they dont accept returns for hygienic reasons which is rubbish as everything is sealed. They also set up a direct debit without my permission which I was able to cancel immediately. BUYER BEWARE!!! These are crooks in my opinion.

SCAM COMPANY DO NOT ORDER! Website & company a total con makes you order extra & takes your payment without you realizing,then when you contact them within the time frame that states for you to cancel on there MADE UP cancelations & returns policy your then told the order has already been packed & shipped that was within 20 mins of the order being placed & trying to cancel even though you then don't get an email until 4 days later to say your items have been dispatched!! The customer service is absolutely CRAP they tell you that you can get a full refund once you received the items & send them back, but when you contact them to do this as stated as there is no returns label inside your parcel SURPRISE SURPRISE!!! customer service then tells you that you cannot return due to health & safety reasons even though you've not even opened the parcel that you actually wanted to cancel in the first place as the website makes you over order

This is a total scam. I wish I had read these reviews before dealing with them. Ordered 1 electric toothbrush but order came through with 4. I immediately,contacted them by e-mail and was told order all readysent for despatch. They said when delivered I should make contact again for the returns procedure, which I did. They then told me that I had 30 days to return them or accept a 25% refund to avoid the hassle of returning the 3 items. I said OK. They then said no refunds, as their Hygiene Policy says no returns or refunds accepted on personal products. Totally f
rustrated with them. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

Everything is wrong with this website & customer service: Price displayed does not show what currency it is in, but Aussie flag up top assumes AUD. So did not realise I was paying nearly twice the amount that was advertised on the website. Cancelled order within 1 minute of submission and was then informed too late to cancel and that I could be offered a full refund but only once I accept it and do not decline the package. Once package received - I requested that promised refund and was told due it being a dental item they could not issue a refund as they could not confirm its hygiene - load of BS - Tried to fight it through paypal also but to no avail - No refund, and All Automated Customer Services responses from WellaWhite - absolute disgrace

Terrible site, falsly advertised price of water flosser then added extra fees ended up paying $113 AUD for a water flosser. Tried to cancel 17 mins after realising how much they took from my card. Told it was already shipped and to enjoy product no returns. Do not buy from this site

The product was never delivered even after 20 days and efforts to get a refund were made into a marathon. Refund in full was eventually made.
When ordering, I opted for Paypal (safe) after completing my purchase, I was surprised to see further offers coming up like "delivery guarantee" which I chose an was shocked to see that I was not diverted back to Paypal for authority? The next offer was the most bizarre as it offered 3 further water flossers for a ridiculously low price. I clicked through only to find that the 3 extra flossers were on my order once again no authorisation via Paypal. There was no way to amend my order so I contacted customer service to cancel within 30 seconds and was told I could not cancel as my order had already been shipped (a lie) but was told that I could return the items for a full refund...... I eventually had a refund after waiting 20 days for delivery.
I am most concerned that Paypal allowed the original order value to be increased without my consent.

I don’t appreciate their business ethics, they have none.
I ordered 2 x electric toothbrushes. I used one to trial, it was pathetic. The other one is unopened, and wanted to return it for a refund, not being happy with the performance.
They don’t give an address for refunds/returns, that has to be given by customer support. Are the alarm bells ringing yet?
Many emails later you are told beauty products can’t be returned because of hygiene rules. Hello, my product is unopened and still in its box!

So I went shopping at Coles & bought an oral B (with a round headed toothbrush) and it is really fantastic!
If ever I did have a problem, I rest assured that there would be support from both Oral B & Coles.
Unlike the shoddy treatment from Wella White.

Total rip off company who completely lied & keep your money. I have opened a case with PayPal & awaiting a decision as they say I should have cancelled in 12 hours. I cancelled straight away & still not even received the products. Total scam.

Received items. Sent an email asking how to return immediately had an automated email saying cannot return for hygiene reasons. PayPal have done nothing to help me. Do not buy from this site or click on it. Totally scammed of £120!!

Shipping time is very long. Product arrive with a thank you card listing phone numbers and emails. I am very unhappy with the toothbrushes and have called and tried both emails with not results. Phone had me on hold over 10 minutes and then stated to email and hung up. Both emails came back as undeliverable. Cheap product, no customer service....DO NOT BUY

It all began on the 5th Jan when my order was allegedly shipped. It was all going very smoothly until I started to get delivery notifications from Yodel. And let me tell you I don't know who is worse?? Wellawhite or Yodel. But that's another review! Anyway they were unable to deliver because as it transpired my address was incomplete........no house number!! The very first thing you write on the address line is your house number and it was missing?? Yodel are IMPOSSIBLE to speak with you get AI robots I even downloaded their app and tried to redirect to an impost locker but you can't do that until you have contacted them to authorise its change. Let me tell you I got my tech savvy daughter to try and reach out to that USELESS shipping company. I offered her 50 quid an she jumped at the chance but even she was defeated Im relieved to say. The only service Yodel offer is Lip service.
So back to Wellawhite I suspect they have a cute little trick going on were the house number is deliberately omitted and then after so many delivery attempts the product is returned to CHINA just like (Donald Trump says it) with venom...CHINA!!.
There as crafty as a barrel load of monkeys and you never see your toothpaste or get a refund. I've been in touch with the customer services at wellawhite and you just get passified with the Zendesk bullshit department and when you directly ask for a refund you get fobbed off with were monitoring the situation thank you for your patience. You know you've lost as soon as you see the customer services is Zendesk the chinggley bells start to alarm. IVE BEEN HAD.

Buyer Beware !!! Do not buy from this seller. Firstly it’s in USD dollars. I immediately request to cancel my order and they quickly replied that it was already shipped. This is a scam company. Buyer beware !!!!

I don't understand the bad reviews , I have just recieved mine today, and am so pleased with it ,it appears to do everything it advertises,
The only problem was the delivery from avri they left it in the hallway of a block of flats did not ring intercom ,
Fortunately a neighbour brought it to me, I would love another toothbrush for my husband but cannot afford this delivery company's bad delivery so will buy some where else,the tracking number H00RVA0455718447
