Bought a TV from Wellingtons and the customer service was fantastic! These people really know their products inside and out. I bought a 43 inch but it was too small and they replaced it no problem with a 48inch TV which is perfect and I am more than happy with it. Lee and Ben who set up my TV for me really went the extra mile… they delivered great customer service, were friendly and professional and made the installation simple, they were fantastic! Highly recommend Wellingtons, have bought washing machines and an air fryer in the past from the Bromley store and they are fab too. Well done Wellingtons!

Took money. Didn't deliver item.

Got a email saying item not available.
I replied asking for my money back. Heard nothing. After 4 days asked what was happening. Promised refund. After a week had to chase again. Still no contact from them.

Unfortunately, the item you ordered was not available in stock and we issued the refund immediately once this was confirmed. Depending on the payment provider and bank, refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear back in your account.
We sincerely apologise that this timeframe was not clearly communicated to you at the time and that you had to chase for updates. All the staff we dealt with were very helpful. We got good advice in the show room on the choice of washing machines. The new machine was delivered on time and the fitters did a good, tidy job of installing the new machince and removing the old one.

In urgent need of a new washing machine my local electrical store recommended Wellingtons. How glad I am that I acted on that. Fast reliable polite service
Fast reliable polite service, the delivery drivers called before to check the times and called when they were on their way, fittend and removed everything very quickly, went through the workings of the machine before they left, I have use them again and I am waiting for delivery. I highly recommended them much better than the large corporate option.

Fantastic Service As Always
Wellingtons is a local family owned shop and we have been purchasing our white goods here for years. Very knowledgeable and so so helpful. Just having our kitchen done and they are storing the products we have purchased until our fitter is ready to install them as we have limited space.
